I agree about wanting things made in North America…but there is no truth in the idea that Pakistan-made goods are not allowed in; they are a member of the WTO (World Trade Organization) - and Bahrs is able to sell them, so they are able to be imported.
The whole issue was…the sender only gave me a tracking number ONCE on the one (wrong height) pair that made it here…each and every other “attempt” I never had ANY tracking or confirmation given…but a whole load of excuses and evasions. The individual said that she was pursuing both the USPS and FedEx for “lost” shipments…so why not give me the tracking number you’d need to do it?
Real shame…I was ready to send a lot more business that way.

Well that is too bad – but at least you have Bahr saddlery … and not to beat the subject to death… maybe it is different here in the US… but any shipment that shows Pakistan as the originating country IS suspect – while they may be a member of the WTO - it is really hard to get something like that in to a person – FF must use a bonded warehouse in the UK to get shipments to retailers etc. Sooo -I know this why?? Because I work for Fedex I see lots of weirdo things…
