BTW, it being funny has NOTHING to do with the PO, who the PO is, the name of the PO’s business, the name of the PO’s pony, the price of the saddle or what the PO had for lunch in Las Vegas.
As for being “outed without permission”, the OP never mentioned who the PO is and immediately edited the one post that had information that could identify her. It’s not her fault someone else quoted it.
And for the record, people complain about businesses or describe the problems they have with them quite frequently on this forum. Sometimes the businesses come on and comment and sometimes they don’t. It’s going to be a given that if you run a business, at some point someone is going to complain about it and the last I checked, that is not illegal. I’m pretty sure the mods would be all over this thread if they felt it was out of line.

Yes, someone quoted the info that allowed people to search out the PO. Then PO adopted the PonyOwner alter, despite pages and pages and pages of assurances from various people in the PM circle that she was reading the thread and didn’t want to weigh in, she adopted the PonyOwner alter and made coy foreign language remarks in the Aunt Esther mode. Finally, BTDT met with the PO in Las Vegas and came on here and gave her side of the story, even using her IRL name which is similar to her COTH handle. Having had enough of the coy, PonyOwner just started posting in her “real” COTH voice (which I quoted above) about what went down.
So I think that means that the PO acknowledges that she has been outed as to her COTH handle, and is cool with it.
Anyone who still does not know who it is hasn’t read BTDT’s posts or checked the World Cup forum.
