no idea who is speaking, but I’ve seen and heard NBC Tim Ryan (and I like him very much) - that simply is not his voice.
It’s Mike Tucker.
He does the equine commentating for BBC Sports.

The male commentator is innane and doesn’t seem to have learned much about the sport after commentating all these years.

H&H Live Blog said it was Otis Fan. I haven’t heard a word from anyone other than Tucker.
They also said Tucker’s wife coaches the Japanesse.

yup, good point. just very distracting to the coverage.
These horses just look spectacular!!! Very creative jumps too. Am so glad this course didn’t get rained out as the other 3 day British courses did earlier this year (i.e. Badminton and Blenheim).
