Otis Fan was the commenter on H&H Live Blog who posted that the commentator on the live feed was Ian Stark. H&H editors added to that comment with “and Mike Tucker” so it came out reading “Otis Fan and Mike Tucker,” but the commentators are Ian Stark and Mike Tucker. Otis Fan is just the user name of someone following H&H’s Live Blog.

Looks like the course rides really well. And though it looks more like a Derby course, I think the colorful and unusual fences make it more spectator friendly. The horses don’t seem to mind.

Someone said Ian Stark is also there w/Mike Tucker so you hear Ian occasionally.
