Your COTH BB Language Guide

I’m going through and reading the favorites, the entire tee-shirt thread (what ever happened? did the shirts get made?), and STILL have not found all the words… you guys are making this tricky!

is this the origin of the Inverness Problem?

and is this a good Pocket Trainer reference? (which i’m assuming is a spinoff of this thread)

I see, Merry. So Ho Hoos are, shall we say, more familiar with the Hoo-less than regular Hoo Hoos?

Does this apply to the gnomes as well (excluding the ones that are already occupied holding up dressage arenas)?

B-n-F,

what you describe is a real learning disability. Don’t worry I have it too. It runs in families. My mom is that way and so are a few of my siblings. I know my watch and wedding ring are always on my left hand (just don’t ask me when I am showering ). I like the L thing I can’t spell worth benes either. The other thing I can not do is put a bridle pieces back together correctly

I think The Pie (on the Happy Times/dl thread) offered up another new COTH word: “adive” which was supposed to be “give advice.”

In the spirit of Beaver Drilling, I think “adive” could figure in thusly: “I was utterly aghasted when, right before my blind date toled me, he inquired if I would give adive.”

Those aren’t dirty words? Gosh durnit, I felt so nasty there for a while!!

HYN, I do believe it was hobson who first numped up and down for joy. After that, I do believe it was rockstarr and myself who made quite a bit of hay with it.

As for beaver drilling, it was a red light (district) moment for the BB. Read on…
