And I have to admit, when considering what music to use for the Music Derby class at Huntington Beach, I actually thought “hmmm…wouldn’t that be funny to record the parody lyrics to one of those songs and ride to that?”

I am in the process of printing songs up and leaving them on the BB at the stable for everyone to enjoy.

I wish we had one place for all these FABULOUS songs, as there are others that are NOT on this particular thread.
I think some Eagles songs are prime candidates for rewrites. Maybe ‘Desperado’ and ‘Lyin’ Eyes’. Any takers?

AAJumper? You are my hero. HITS was just too funny…I must admit that my age is hampering the enjoyment of some of the selections here, as I have no idea who some of the artists are, much less the tune.
Give me the Stones, The Eagles, and (dare I admit it?) Gloria Gaynor and I can at least sing your songs!!

Thank you, thank you, thank you to whoever bumped this thread. Last night I truly understood ROTFLMAO while reading the bumped Sea Urchin wedding thread. Tonight after reading the fabulous parodies, I feel very lucky to be in the same cyberspace with such gifted folks. This BB and its members are truly a blessing!
