I laughed at the correction about the columns, “the Romans copied the Greeks”. So there Mr. Announcer. :joy:

They are remarkably close to being back on the originally posted minute by minute schedule, which has round two starting at 4:25. They were definitely a good bit behind that schedule when they finished jumping the first round.

Madison Ramsey’s horse is really putting in an effort over some of these.

The first one back had a really nice round. Good for her!!

If the leg is appropriately stable, then the leather stays still underneath of it because it’s pinned against the saddle, which limits the movement of the stirrups.

As we now know to expect from Bobby Murphy, wonderful course design this weekend. I particularly appreciate the 5ab-6ab and 8-9-10 turns. It’s enough of a test to let the riders who are really in tune with measuring the track ride to the top, but it’s not inviting a disaster. Hoping that the distances are posted at some point.

I always feel like she’s slightly underpaced, but that horse walks the lines.

What is this music they have on in the background now??

Carousel tunes, as interpreted by the fiddle.

It definitely seems like somebody could do 10 there if they had a horse with some step.
