I saw the same, where Efendi’s stride is just so dang long that when he lopes along on a relaxed step he almost looks four-beaty.

That was a gorgeous round. Polished rider on a real veteran Eq horse. I also thought she did an exceptional job managing her track to make that required 7 strides from 10 to 11 seamless.

I’m noticing a lot of stirrups on the very tippy-toe and a lot of long reins, short arms. This is working better for some people than others.
Obligatory note that my reins are always too long.

I think she also had a rail… I wonder how they’ll view the entirety of the round in light of those bobbles.
Taylor Cawley not having quite the round she would have wanted. Swap at 3, swap at the base of the oxer causes a rail. Also looked like they swapped behind at 11 and then lost power steering for a second in the turn after 12, where they would have ended up in the flowers. Uncharacteristic! And then in between everything was lovely.

I know - absolutely beautiful rider. I would think she may come back, but bottom or middle of the pack. Overall, with the rail out of the picture, her trip was just stunning.
Hailey Salita has a nice trip on the absolutely adorable Topper, who looks through the bridle like he’s in the Large Children’s.
