That’s fabulous! I’m so happy for you all!
I can’t wait for the first update from home!

I can’t wait for the first update from home!
How unbelievably thoughtful of you to take the time out from your worry to keep us up to date on your little angel’s progress.
Bless you, and I am praying for this trouble to pass quickly and for our little Lionheart to be back on the road to recovery!

OMG!!!
I’m so excited to hear this!!! What an amazing recovery by little Aiden. Lisa, Joey and Aiden, I hope your life is boring for a while, you need a break.

Have been waiting all day for an Aiden update!
Have to crash early tonight…was up almost all night with my little Angel who has the broken collar bone, and he has FINALLY fallen asleep!
Hugs and kisses Aiden.

I am praying, Lisa. No one can know better than you that Aiden will “grab mane” and “ride on” to a triumphant Victory Gallop!
We are here with you–the miles distancing us have no power to keep us from being with you in spirit.
God love you and keep you–and hold on tight to us! We are reaching out so hard that you must be able to feel our presence.
From one mother to another, know that your are in my heart and mind and virtual embrace. If I could fly to your side right now, I would. Strength, Lisa; this, too, shall pass. Believe and hold fast!
Here too; Aiden has been on my mind no-stop now-please, let’s hear good news. C’mon little baby-with all the strength I can I am sending it your way. XXXOOOXXXOOO
My prayers are with the Hawk family. Yesterday when I read they had found a liver I was so overjoyed. My sister came into the room and saw me crying while reading the bb and she thought the worst (of course I had filled her in on his story). All I managed to squeak out was “they found a liver”. She knew exactly what I meant. I pray for Aiden and the family that lost their little one!
That’s all I can think of right now. Just…wow. Awesome.
I have fingers, toes, arms, legs, and eyes crossed that everything works out today!
they had a zillion signs up about organ/tissue donors - donate to the fund, etc. Also, every person in line was asked if they would like to be donors… and every person said YES.
Just thought I’d pass that along.
Jingling madly with fingers tightly crossed that the CT results turn out okay.

does Aiden need any blood? I have about 30 pints on credit with the Red Cross, I’d be happy to have that applied to Aiden. Not much but it is something.

Yes, nhwr, it IS something! I know at one point we discussed a blood drive because Aiden would need so much blood in transplant surgery, but I really don’t know now. I will try to do some investigating to find out and will have a more substantial response later today. I’m sure there will be some need for it, if anything to replenish what Aiden used of the store available.
I’ll get back…

So tell me again how the 40 Hour Standard was created? I think my boss was busy…
Good Morning Baby Aiden… hope last night was another good one for you and your family… Keep getting stronger so that you can soar right on out of that PICU and on up to the fourth floor and then soar on out to the horse show circuit. We all will be waiting. You remain in our prayers, jingles and thoughts.
In God we trust,
That’s what we say…
But why is it so hard?
When kids get sick,
When loved ones stray…
How can we stay unscarred?
But trust we must,
In our dear God…
For he has a master plan.
Have faith and trust him,
That’s what we do…
And accept the offering of his hand…
Dear God,
Please carry young Aiden and his parents through this difficult time, they need you now more than ever…
Help them to see your plan so that they may understand the pain that they are experiencing.
In your name,
Amen
God be with you all tonight…
oh, good luck
I’ve been gone for a while, and am just hoping beyond hope that everything will finally work out.
Happy Holidays, and hold on, things will work out.
With so many good wishes for that little boy, it will work out for him.

He looks wonderful! and great news about the night! May there be many more peaceful ones to come.
My vote is Upperville for Aiden’s leadline debut! I’m more than willing to supply a mount for him and will have the pony turned out to the max. Just say the word!
When, at the end of the team against the USSR, Al Michaels says “Do you believe in miracles?”
I did then. I do now. I always will.
After transplant Still not too bad in my opinion but warning

Save a life, be an organ donor
This is the Christmas miracle I have been praying for.
