Aiden update.. Posted Pictures! Must end the Aiden thread. Aiden is doing excellent. THANK YOU COTH!!! (137) 1/23

Lisa what great news! My mom posted earlier and she suprises me every day: if you go to Upperville, we will be there! Until today, I didn’t know Mom knew what Uppervile <was> ! I queried her and she shared, of course I knew what Upperville was<is>! I had to keep track of what you were doing!!!

As Rachel Lynde said in Anne of Green Gables, you are never safe from suprise until you are dead!

Now, I know my Mom will be sure that when Aiden has his first lead line, the judge will be aware “of context”!!! Go Aiden! Go Hawks! And prayers continue.
love, June

I am in tears and so incredibly happy for you. My mom, dad and I prayed this afternoon on the phone for you all and then I come home and this is the news. You will of course still be in our prayers. Atlanta is not that far away for us and certainly worth a trip on that weekend. If there is anything at all else, let me know. You are well loved from Little Mountain, South Carolina as well as everywhere else.

God is truly great.

Lisa, you are the most amazing person. Your strength and courage are incredible. You are an inspiration to us all and I am so thrilled that Aiden is doing well. Give your little angel a kiss for me.

We all hope you’ve had a restful, healing night and awaken to the Brightest of New Year’s! Much love from PA where in spite of the cold downpours outside,we are warm and cozy inside knowing things are better down there! Here’s to the New Year-full of HOPE! Joan

I haven’t the foggiest notion how to do this, but I’m learning!

Stegall- your story gave me goosebumps.

Lisa- I so worry about you and hubba during this difficult time. I hope your able to snatch a nap or two, and eat healthy meals, which probably goes against every parenting instinct you have right now to be near Aiden. I honestly can’t fathom how your days and nights must be one huge blur since the weekend. Hugs to you girl and hugs to your fine son who is the champion of our hearts and prayers right now.

“It is I.”

He looks so great! And so do you and Joey! Keep the good news coming!

Wouldn’t that just be a great Christmas miracle? I am keeping my fingers crossed!

“I never met a donut that I didn’t like.”

I cannot WAIT to hear the even better news that all today’s tests went perfectly as well…

I was just dying for a few minutes, wanting to tell my friend “Tipper” (who, like me, joined this BB solely to donate for the auction) the good news. She’s out of the state - in KY to be exact - and doesn’t have Internet access. But then, I remembered that she’s going to visit the COTH BBr who won her custom figurine - and that she’ll hear the news that way! VUNDERBAR!!

I, too, can barely see the keyboard through my tears.
What a wonderful thing to wake up to this morning.
Lisa, you and your hubby and Aiden have every single one of my prayers.
God bless the family who lost their baby right before Christmas for having the sight and strength to be an organ donor.
I will be saying prayers and jingling away all day…

I am so thrilled to hear this blessed news! God is so mighty and so loving! Thank you, Lord, for the gift of your son, as well as the gift of Lisa and Joey’s son! I am in awe of your mighty hand today! Thank you, Jesus!

Well, another round of prayers are needed!

Thank you Heavenly Father for all you have done for us:
For the strength you have given Lisa, Joey and all the family.
For the awesome gift of the liver given by your selfless child.
For the skill of all who care for Aiden.
For the amazing way you have worked in the lives of those who through this medium have come to love Aiden, his family, and one another.
We know this is your way because YOU are love.

Now dear Lord, we petition for further healing and strengthening of your Lamb, little Lionheart, so that he, too, will grow to know Your love and live Your will for his life.

We ask this in Your Holy Name,
Amen

2003…the year to bloom!!

Oh, baby Aiden be strong.

I am sending over my Granny and my Aunt Vivian who just died in November. They were both nurses and my Aunt was a living angel. My Granny was a tough old bird and will be sure to keep all in line.

A big {{{((((hug))}}}} to Lisa and Joey and their family.

Yippee!! Yahoo!!! Whoo hoo!!!

Wonderful fabulous news!!!

How many ways can we figure out how to say, “Wow, that’s really great news!!” ?

Can’t wait to see the little guy in his new digs.

Lisa, thank you so much for sharing those pictures of your little angel! He looks FABULOUS!!! In a couple of the pictures where his legs are crossed, the expression on his face is so “Whatever, I am SO over this! I know I’m all better so leave me alone!”
