I didn’t either, I don’t do much creating on YouTube - but when I uploaded the one yesterday it asked if I wanted to add music, and here we are

Bo wants you all to know that I know it’s Monday (night), but it’s going to have to be a Tuesday update this week because I did not have a moment to spare today, just doled out the food, filled buckets and ran off to the vet with my senior dog (not the one with one eye) who fell down and couldn’t get up.

Thank you all, old dog seems to have overdone it this weekend (perhaps my fault for throwing the much-loved tennis ball too many times) but he is improved today. He’s got new daily meds to start once his bloodwork comes back, and I’m waiting for results of a needle aspiration on a mass he has on his leg.

Bo got his own Youtube channel this morning. I decided to compile most of the pics and videos from the last 5 months into one video as an intro to start it off - so I spent the last 3 hours doing that 
sometimes I get a little obsessive about the details. You’ve all seen most of these pictures and videos, and I left out some weeks in the interest of not making the video overly long with big clumps of still photos. But most of the highlights are there. Creating the channel and making this video prompted me to give him an “official” name although to be honest, I don’t know that he will ever go to a show. So we won’t call it a show name.
But every horse should have a fancy name to put on their halter, and a fan club, no matter who they are or where they go (or don’t).
And with that thought, I present to you…

Story on the name:
When I designed the brand (which Bo is still supposed to get!), it lent itself to a farm name. Double Crown Farm. And since I keep collecting these no-name horses that nobody wants to take credit for producing, I put my name on them. I am proud of them, I see their value, and they deserve a place to belong to. As for Arboresco, definitions: 1. grow into a tree, become a tree. I doubt I have to explain that part!

Don’t mind the slight mud bog behind him, I need to pull the mats out and flatten the ground back out.
I wish his top tail hair would grow back in!

Omg, I had forgotten how sad he was in the first video. He looked so lost and dejected. To see him now is an absolute joy. I know we all keep saying it, but it deserves to be said over and over again: well done to both of you. I’m grateful you’ve let us come along with you on this journey.

As I watched the video I was thinking “if only everyone knew that Mr. Fussy Pants turned up his nose at the squizzillion feeds you tried”. You have done and are doing the most wonderful rehab with Bo.
Not sure if you could get it, but a product called Sudocrem (baby ointment!) is my number one go-to for hair regrowth (and scratches/greasy heel). Love that stuff!
