But as I recall, the public never heard a recording of the phone call with ED. It was only the 911 call recording that was heard by outsiders, I believe.
Asked for more? Asked for renovation? The proper response is “Sorry but I can’t renovate for you I’m not a licensed contractor”.

RG said on the stand that they - as in RG and LK - could not afford to pay for 4 horses, which is why RG was doing work on the house - to compensate MB for the board of the two extra horses.
He also testified (good catch, by the way) that they couldn’t afford rent, and it wouldn’t be worth it to come without a free place to live.

Maybe that is the cause of pressure from the other side of the fence. Daddy may have said he wasn’t gonna pay for any more horses, etc. Who knows.
