Barisone assessment

Maybe Moustache and the weird expert (David Speigel) from the Heard/Depp trial can both recite their CV’s and tag team telling everyone how wonderful they are. Both seem to have the same analytical style.

This is a 20 minute video but well worth the time to watch this “expert”

I really wish the police work was better because I can’t help but think that the one who attempted murder wasn’t MB but rather LK/RG. I mean FINISH THE BASTARD sounds a lot more murder-y than I HAD A GOOD LIFE.

Of course the subsequent gun discharge muddied the water in that respect but the possibility exists it saved MBs life based on the pics of his body after his beating revealed.

I wish this possibility had been investigated as the given narrative of events has never made sense.

In the best case scenario, MB wins all, what happens if between the shooting and today, money was moved from LK acct back into a JK account, in an effort to conceal it? And if LKs money is in a trust, is that able to be attached for payment by the courts?

1 more question. If the case is settled will both sides be able to come out with any evidence and speak publicly or do you think there will there be a hush order?

If a trust existed before the suit was filed, it’s likely safe from judgment, depending on the terms of the trust.

Generally, the courts give dates for when payment is due, and if payment doesn’t happen, you file for contempt and ask the judge to let a forensic accountant figure out all the shady transfers.

If the settlement doesn’t include a gag order or non-disclosure agreement, a court isn’t likely to just throw that out there on their own, so yeah, they could all drop their bombs if they wanted.

Well he is more entertaining than the Stache, for all the wrong reasons.

So, will SS/USEF withhold the completion of their investigation until after the civil trials or are they simply waiting to see what the outcome of MB’s psych eval is before proceeding with their investigation? Can MHG’s complaint be separated from MB’s complaint since they apparently filed the complaint jointly?

With all the continued SM posting LK does, it appears she does not care what USEF decides.

I have a question for gun experts. With the lawsuit against SIG Sauer for accidental discharge of one of their gun models, is it a common problem of other makes of guns to do this? Not that this is what happened in the MB case but it makes you wonder if a person ever faced criminal charges as a result of this defect when they never actually fired the gun.

Thank you. And yes! Gag order not hush order. Lol.

True because she’s already posted about discrimination and stuff. She really should stay off YouTube.

Hush sounds so much nicer.

But gag could seem satisfying, in certain circumstances

The firearm in question is not a regular handgun and uses an internal firing mechanism that is different from the established norm and is prone to quirky behavior. The initial runs of of the handgun were found to have discharge issues due to being dropped and activating the firing mechanism and many of those are still out in the wild, unfixed. SIG upgraded component designs and offered free replacements to fix the issue, but there have also been improper discharges due to the use of generic/other-handgun specific holsters that trigger the firing mechanism through physical stimulation that mimics the motions of the weapon when triggered. That being said, you can face charges if you knowingly own such a weapon and it can be established that you did not have it corrected or practice correct handling/storage, but that would be an onerous process for a case.

I missed that. What sort of things did she post on Facebook?

Interesting, thanks!

The comments I’ve seen have all been in relation to other people’s posts. For example, on the day of the verdict, in the comments to MHG’s Evil Did Not Win post, she wrote this:

And then if you scroll further in those comments, there’s some discussion on what is needed to get SS to sanction LK now, and she posts this:

I’ve seen more, similar comments peppered here and there - her comments are generally supportive of MB and she’s more than once jumped into SS discussions. I’d have to go back and look to find them, but my gut says anyone that thinks she should be sanctioned by SS probably isn’t lining up to admit any liability and write her a check.

I think sometimes they are responded to because it is simply hard to let things that are incorrect sit there stated as fact and not comment.

The same type of attorney that is willing to say in a video interview that the jurors were insane. Which says so much about the type of person this attorney is.

He’s the perfect match for her. I hope Mr Deininger and their team make him eat those words.

I sincerely wonder what LK/RG and all of their aliases think they are achieving with their continued ridiculous posts on YT and elsewhere? The criminal trial is over. AK isn’t the horror they advertised. The vague threats against anonymous posters is really telling.

It seems apparent LK has no trainer, is not riding, has lost interest, and is living a delusional loop of replay of mistakes she made in her testimony. The parents now seem to realize the real predicament their daughter has put the family in and they have no control over her except to cut off the finances. Perhaps the money train has already slowed substantially.

You know how LK can make fools of every single one of us? Sober up and train like her life depended on it and achieve some success in something, somewhere. Be the example of a successful survivor. Let’s not hold our collective breaths.

Sadly, even if she did, so much of her personality is so deeply flawed it wouldn’t be possible.
Can she redeem herself 80 or 90% with lots of hard work and zipped lips? Maybe. But there’s part of her that will never, ever change.
That assessment us based in my exposure to narcissistic, selfish, deluded “former” addicts aplenty.
Sure they’re “better”, but enough to create metamorphic change?
I don’t think so.
