More to the point, why would someone testify, under oath, they did approach him, when the adjuster said he talked to no one else on the farm?

Could you give us your legal opinion, would that have been ‘true perjury’ or just regular ol’ perjury?

I think it’s hypocritical to criticize her for her inflammatory posts on this forum, and claim that her inflammatory posts are the basis for your trashing her, then import her posts from other forums so that you can be inflamed by them and continue bashing her.

You again misunderstand the purpose of highlighting what she is posting. She has made it clear (FB post) that she is playing 3-D chess and that she tells people what she is do so they can know how she is 10 moves ahead and know the exact moment when she won.

I’m just spreading it along so we all can keep abreast of when the moment of our check-mate is nigh. Who are you to try to interfere with her expressed game plan?

I just offered my opinion that I think it’s hypocritical of posters here to say how much they dislike her SM posts, and her posting is their justification that makes her “fair game” for bashing, then import her posts from another forum as they can outrage themselves and bash her some more.

No one said she was perfect but at 40k bills per month he was willing to let some things go for extra cash. Mhg didn’t like it but she was boarding 9 horses there without payment…(check mhg testimony for the numbers). The arrangements worked for awhile until mb decided to shoot her.

It’s confusing, no doubt. All these years, I’ve been operating under the assumption that perjury = perjury. Who knew?

Yeah, Ekat, as a lawyer could you explain how the verdict of NGRI does not establish that the jury agreed unanimously that the prosecution met its burden of proof as to MB shooting her?

Having determined that, he was was determined to be NGRI instead of guilty due to the insanity finding.

But either a verdict of NGRI or a verdict of guilty indicate the jury agreed that, beyond a reasonable doubt, “he shot her”.

First of all, IIRC, several of those 9 horses were babies living on field board—not very expensive for the operation.

She was also training horses and teaching clients for no money.
