Let me rephrase. I think it’s hypocritical to criticize her for her inflammatory posts on this forum, and claim that her inflammatory posts are the basis for your trashing her, then import her posts from other forums so that you can be inflamed by them and continue bashing her.

Tarshis is michaels personal friend and balinkas was being paid to get him off. there was no proof of any help that they gave lk. They were trying to prevent mb from going to jail for a very long time and they thought that bs would help.

Am I reading this correctly that Seeker1 is now putting forth the theory that Tarshis lied on the stand about the agreement he helped JK and MB work out to move LK’s horses to the other barn?

She is saying that a barred attorney got up on the stand and made up a story out of whole cloth about JK working on a plan to move the horses AND not only did this legal professional commit perjury (let’s be honest, probably true perjury) BUT also the prosecution never exposed this utter and complete lie?

That might be a whole new category of Super Special True Perjury.

Seriously, it appears we are supposed to believe that, and I find it a little shocking, myself.

MHG said “she” was not paying board for the horses. She did not expand her answer to say that some of those 9 were probably her clients’ horses and that they were paying board. Probably this was based on good lawyer advice, “answer only the question you were asked” . (I know this not from being part of a trial but having been deposed more than once on other issues. ) Pretty much would bet that MHG herself did NOT own 9 horses who were in training. As someone noted earlier, at least a couple babies in the field
