Would he meet with his attorney in AK to work on the civil trial?

I imagine they have a meeting room or something for attorney-client meetings. As a State facility, everyone in there has got some kind of legal issue going on, whether it’s the commitment itself, or contemporaneous civil litigations like MB. They have to be able to have confidentiality.

As for regular visitors, I have no idea.

If someone violates the terms of membership suspension is appropriate. It is not illegal to discuss this as has been discussed on this very forum for years now.

I’ve had that phrase flagged in the past as being inappropriate although here in the South it has been a term of endearment for generations! It’s one of my most favorite phrases!

I like to see a response in the context of the posts it is responding to. Sometimes posters delete the original post, and the orphaned post no longer makes sense in isolation. Using the quote function simply invokes the platform’s default choice of capturing the relevant history of posts.

The platform has a default number of previous posts displayed when one uses the quote function. If the default number used by the forum bothers you, that is a technical issue with the forum.

Since most posters don’t delete posts, perhaps you could notify trubandloki, who is echoing all the posts of posters she doesn’t like. When these threads are shut down they are now usually archived, so that people can’t edit them anyway.

Florida does have the homestead law about lawsuit judgments, that’s why O.J. moved there after he lost the civil case, and had that huge judgment against him.

That could factor into why LK relocated to FL, as it would provide limited financial protection to her, as the co-owner of the house that her father purchased for her as a “permanent residence” and her father applied for the Homestead Exemption in her name, to shave $$$ off the taxes to boot, establishing a paper trail that says “I live here and only here!”. She could live there with impunity, since she apparently doesn’t pay for anything and there’s no clear way to take anything from her, in a judgement.

…made me wonder if MB now might have a renewed claim against the police in his case with a new civil suit. What if he was the one actually jumped and that will never come to light given the questionable investigation that was done by police?

I’ve been wondering this since the verdict.
