I think the thing they think they are trying to accomplish is exactly what they keep spewing at us.
To be able to claim LK is still a “victim” which is why they keep claiming we are all bashing Lauren, getting posters banned, malicious, enjoying this, etc ya da ya da. I suspect they think they will be able to convince the court of the idea that he’s pulling the strings and directing us all from within AK and that will hinder his release.

No, we can not call it that. I could never spell that. Manifesto sounds just the way it is spelled. Kumquat…not so much. Please pick a new title that those of us who are spelling challenged will not have to look up every time we want to use it.

If it fits within the definition of what a manifesto is, then it’s a manifesto.
If it doesn’t, then it’s not, and merely being called that.
Either way, too much energy has already been spent on this.
Plus, it’s more of what’s in the manifesto that’s relevant and important vs what it is being called, IMO.

Same day. I suspect she thought that manifesto was her “checkmate” of MHG….which is interesting because of what she bragged about recording a couple of days prior and what happened the day of and what happened the next day.

Funny you should ask! I have a little timeline here of everything that happened AFTER eviction notices were delivered, since those seem to be so important to people. Apparently, that is what would make her move out.
Instead, here’s what happened:
Aug 5: Steve Tarshis emails a get gone letter to LK - Could this have been a 3-day notice, since he gave her till Aug 7th to get out? Presumably with the intent of filing an eviction on the 8th?
Aug 5: MB goes to police station
Aug 5: LK reports MB to SS (based on her sm posts).
Aug 5: JK hires ED
Aug 5: RG takes his handwritten (by LK) complaint to the building inspectors
Aug 6: LK served with eviction notice.
Aug 6: LK posts insanity manifesto on FB, among other posts.
Aug 6: MHG mails her SS complaint
Aug 6: ED meets LK for first time with JK, while RG secretly records meeting
Aug 6: Inspectors, fire Marshall, etc descend on farm
Aug 6: MB and everyone else living in barn given boot.
Aug 6: inspectors come back with cops
Aug 6: RC bitten by poor Rosie while trying to post notices, ambulance called.
Aug 6: LK convinces fire Marshall to let her back in house. No one notifies MB
Aug 7: Farrier service refused which resulted in “Finish The Bastard” text.
Aug 7: 1:42 pm video clip sent to RG’s phone. Cameras then turned off.
Aug 7: CPS shows up
Aug 7: shooting
Edit to add: the return trip by the inspectors. They were there TWICE on the 6th.

All my spider senses get activated whenever I read FINISH THE BASTARD as a command which is seemingly then obeyed later on that very same day ESPECIALLY with the sudden absence of functioning cameras just minutes before.
If ever there was a script of a set up, that would be it.
