What you are looking at know is that the other parties in the civil suit now know the depth of the discovery that was available to MB. I assume the prosecution didn’t share all of it’s material with LK and it is an eye opener as to what MB has had access to all this time.

Interesting. So I sort of have it in the inverse in my head. The reality is that now LK is aware that MB has this evidence.

Regardless… if you rewatch Deninger questioning certain witnesses during the criminal trial… it sure seems like he was setting the stage for pursuing the issue of illegal recordings during the civil phase.

I don’t really remember the allegations that MB lied during his pleadings in various civil suits - I’ll take your word for it though.

Move to Florida, sure. Move right down the road? Nope. A true victim would not.

The wiser choice would have been Ocala. Still in FL but not in the same neighborhood as MB. And it is going to give Wellington a run for its money, and is a far better location, esp. for lowly amateurs.

I always thought this… on a practical level, if she SINCERELY wanted to move to Florida to pursue her riding ambitions full time, Ocala is a better fit for her.

I wonder who she is riding with now that Ulf and his assistant have tapped out (wise decision on their part). Who else in the immediate Loxahatchee/Wellington community would be willing to coach her at this point?

There is a completely different atmosphere and equestrian activies in Ocala, particularly with their new Equestrian Center. LK could possibly be an “unknown” in Ocala and if she behaved she might be able to get out and about and find really good trainers in the Ocala area.

I’ve have suspected that there is PM ing going on within the @Knights_Mom group, or subsets thereof, and that the PMing was used to coordinate attacks on other posters, including me. I assume that this is permitted by forum rules.

Hmm, I have only had a couple of PM exchanges with a couple of people on this thread - and they had nothing to do with “coordinating an attack” but to share info about an ancillary issue. None of those exchanges were with KM. Am I supposed to feel left out?

Not sure I would say Florida as a whole. Ocala, with the new WEC, is pulling people away from Wellington. It started with the H/J people and now that WEC has resolved issues with USEF for CDI’s the dressage world is seeing top competitors planning more trips to Ocala as well. Real estate prices in that area are up significantly. There is much to be said for climate controlled indoor arenas, lol.

Yes. They showed pictures of it. And I think it was Mr T who gave context to the location (up the stairs, etc) in relation to the locker room. As in, not even on the same floor.
