Either a Consent To Change Attorney is filed (some judges insist on it being So Ordered - a real drag for court staff) or a Motion To Withdraw As Counsel is filed. Any motion contains a court date. (In my state)

Does it have to be a verified murder plot before these people get a clue they’re unwelcomed to reside there and packs and leaves?

Apparently it makes far more sense to get notice to leave and instead of, I don’t know, packing (?), running on down to the city and filing complaints to get building inspectors and fire marshalls out. Plot to kill + unsafe buildings + notice to leave + dad negotiating a new barn and trainer = leaving on her own time and terms.

If a 3rd party did it who was not the subject of the NC order probably not.

But it remains that the trial is over so no one wants or would listen to any tapes. They would be thrown away immediately.

How any rational mind could think that 3 year old recordings have any bearing on his present state of mind and be of any importance to his treating team mystifies me.

I do not know if a TV show like 48 Hours worries about liability issues but my retired vacuum cleaner guess is that a TV show transmitting by broadcast and electronic means to a mass audience illegally obtained, non authenticated material to be HIGHLY ACTIONABLE.

I don’t think so…because she’d be contacting the facility and not Mb directly. However, if I can be proven that she did, in fact send transcripts, I would think that would be an action that SS would have to consider the motivations behind it, especially if they differ significantly from court transcribed transcripts.

Do you think the jurors in the civil suit will think its “irrelevant” that he shot her 1 day after giving her the demand to vacate? I think they’ll find it relevant.

I think the actions of LK, JK and RG wrt fire marshalls, CPS, and the literal reams of harassing texts, social media posts, etc aimed at the staff at SGF will be found far more relevant to those looking at the civil case.

Wasn’t it proudly posted by LK in one of her YT rants when someone suggested that she find Jesus, that she was Jewish and had no need for Jesus? The OP reminded her Jesus was Jewish.

I often wonder if Seeker1 is actually who they have posted they are. I can’t imagine a mother being so naive to defend her daughter unequivocally. It’s better to remain silent.

How does the deleting of some of these posts factor in as well? Would the attorneys for MB use it against the plaintiff in some way?

This is a sincere post to @CurrentlyHorseless, @hut-ho78 and @Seeker1 - you three are swimming upstream on these Barisone related threads. You aren’t going to change anyone’s mind at this point in time. LK herself, along with her companion, showed those who originally gave her the benefit of the doubt her unreliability and caused them to question over two years of support for a victim. It seems most discovered who the true victims were in this mess. Please don’t do the, oh my but, but, but she was shot - everyone knows she was shot. Only you three believe her version of events.

Yes, your mission is and always has been to get Barisone threads closed so the truth stops. Closing threads definitely doesn’t change the truth or prevent discussion.

One could make the argument that all of that shows a continued campaign of harassment and it also could show credibility issues. It will be interesting to see what happens.
