Barisone assessment

Also works!

It’s just notable to me that even completely disengaging is not enough for personalities like this. They are obsessive and relentless - and that’s disturbing.

Imagine having people like this in your home and barn! :scream:

My lack of understanding??? What a laughable comment!!!

I would pity you @Seeker1, but cannot seem to muster that emotion for you. If you are who you claim to be, I should pity you and feel sorry for you!

I am quoting this again for one reason only.

I have a feeling I hit the nail on the head with my previous post! This one down below! Is this a little too close to home @Seeker1???

That thought has struck me many, many times. Considering what it’s like to interact with them online, when it’s easy enough to just completely ignore them, I would hate to think about the real life version of that.

I was unclear about the negotiations between the father and MB’s attorney. Was this for LK, RG and the horses to leave quicker than an eviction and whatever was stated on boarding contract? Since the new boarding place was rejected, the letter and process for formal eviction was started?

If it was for the horses alone, why was the negotiation even necessary? One could give the standard 30 day or whatever was in boarding contract and it is the responsibility of owner to find a new facility in that time frame.

Also, regarding breaking into the office to get to contracts and signatures. Is it common to use a notary for signatures in other areas of the country? For boarding contracts I was involved in we did not use a notary but I don’t think anyone ever thought about someone breaking into an office to change things either. I would think this would also be a very serious SS violation or should be.

The way Mr Tarshis testified, he and JK had negotiated getting her and the horses (and I assume RG, because someone needed to do the heavy lifting) moved to a barn 15 minutes up the road with a PanAm gold medalist trainer. As of Aug 2nd, he thought they’d be moving that weekend. Instead, chaos ensued, and he went with the emailed notice on the 5th, JK hired ED to handle “eviction matters” (per ED) also on the 5th, and she was served on the 6th with notice.

It is fascinating the only one apparently concerned enough to stop posting is @Inigo-montoya, whoever they are. Smart cookie.

You make an amazing point with this post. It does explain the endless support of LK by CH though. They clearly think alike. So what if someone has not said anything to them in ages, they need to make sure that the person knows they are not done with them.
So weird to tag someone in a post when that someone has not been around or talked about them.

Creepy and unsettling, for sure.

Could be

What does having a different theory on how the facts fit together some how equal a lack of empathy/sympathy and how is this more a sign of a lack of empathy/sympathy than admitting under oath to having a plan to ruin someone and “Finish The Bastard”?

Someone who does not buy everything sold to them hook, line and sinker, especially when those doing the selling are liars, schemers and known drug addicts.
