MB’s injuries were nothing to scoff at. The injuries were certainly substantial enough to warrant using self defense. The firearm discharging may have saved his life. His head injury was so substantial he had no recollection of the event. I believe he had no recollection of the event because I believe it was a huge risk not to testify. I personally believe MB brought the firearm to either harm himself having thought LK/RG were not in the building, or that he carried it for self protection from the aggressive, 40-45 pound dog that belonged to LK and had already bitten another person. I would have carried.

You have other issues in your life much more serious than anonymous posts on a small forum. Even if every single person here stopped posting anything on any forum, the facts would remain unchanged. Can you understand that? If you are who you say you are, where is your empathy/sympathy toward ALL your daughter’s victims over the years? Did you show sympathy toward Joey or did you sit around and laugh at her as others in your family did?
No, you’ve come to the wrong place for sympathy. Go back to your Bible study group. Tell them how horrible you are being treated here, but be honest enough to tell them WHY. Mkay?

LK tried very hard to paint MB’s actions as premeditated. You and I both know that. Lying about the size of Rosie, trying to paint the illusion that MB would have no reason to show up carrying a firearm. Reality shows that MB suffered severe injuries, whether or not you want to accept that. And as unfortunate as it is, those injuries were severe enough to warrant self defense. The unfortunate truth, however, is that you weren’t there, none of us were there, so the collective “we” will never know what truly happened during the moments of the shooting. You wish to believe the word of LK, the public, not so much. I understand why you would be in profound denial, but surely that isn’t beneficial to you.
