Not all of them. At least one seems to be an ardent fan of LK and a hater of MHG more than MB. I don’t get the sense that any of them hate MB, just that they view events through a lens which filters out any responsibility LK has for her role in the situation.
Let me keep digging. But, remember, one could presume in this case, that board was due, since RG only worked enough to break even on the board, and he testified he’d quit working, cuz, reasons…
Edit to add: NJ law also specifies other services due, like veterinary, farriers, etc.
Yeah, super crazy. It became rather obvious at one time as though there were some behind the scenes discussions like sharks circling and planning an attack. It has apparently stopped the organized direction since LK is supposedly gone from the forum.
Attacking your family? Really? All I’ve done is point out your daughter’s behavior - notice the YouTube screen shots. That’s not attacking your family.
So, what you’re saying, apparently, is if I stop posting you will stop posting. Right?
On this point (and this alone) I’m going to agree with @Seeker1. While Michaels mental and physical injuries are very, very serious, I don’t think they can be equated with being shot twice in the chest, and the subsequent major surgeries to repair the damage.
However, this is not a contest about who suffered more. It’s a discussion of who is responsible and quite possibly legally liable.
We know Michael’s physical injuries and mental break were caused directly by Lauren and Rob (and poor Rosie).
Most of us don’t believe the shoddy police investigation and the evidence produced provides enough evidence to conclude that Michael shot the gun which caused Lauren’s injuries. The jury believed he shot the gun, but that he wasn’t legally responsible for his actions if he did shoot her.
Who was responsible for the state of affairs which led up to the shooting? Again all the evidence available shows Lauren and Rob were the primary instigators and that Michael was just reacting. Furthermore it was 100% within their power to resolve the situation by simply leaving. Michael had no such option. He had a home, family, clients, and horses to protect from a clear and present threat. He was effectively trapped with no way out.
