My gut says yes. But I can’t see MB doing that either. Or really, any animal lover. Forcing a sale would be kinder than that.
I have an underwater camera in my car but it does not represent “intent to snorkel” hehehe
So saying (giving notice) take them out by X date or I’m loading up the trailer and taking them to the auction?
She says she has receipts of payments she made to his staff?! Because he couldn’t lay them? What? Why are we only hearing about these this year, and not in previous years threads?
She’s mentioned that before. And I think it might have come up at trial too

But there has never been any proof that she paid anyone anything is there?
See, and with a name like @Warmblood1 you are probably warming up blood and drinking it for meals. Just like I cut and slash things!
Dang, you’re good. I drink my daily warm blood and enhanced bleach drinking water for that extra competitive advantage!

I don’t think so, and even if there were what would that prove? It’s pretty normal to tip barn staff at a high end facility, especially after a show or if you have a horse with special needs who requires extra care.
(PS Can we please make tipping barn staff who go above and beyond the norm at all facilities?)
Great post @BigMama1.
My point about MB was psychological damage can be extreme and as long or longer lasting than physical damage.
Why didn’t they leave?
You keep attacking my family. You stop i stop.

Are you using it to make sure the bodies are secured properly when you dispose of them under water?
So saying (giving notice) take them out by X date or I’m loading up the trailer and taking them to the auction
That and/or pay what you owe me by X date or they’re going to auction so I can recoup some of my losses.

But rather than a nonpayment eviction consider a scenario where you just don’t want that boarder there anymore. Because you hate the boarder.
Cinder blocks. I recommend cinder blocks and heavy chains.

Thanks for the tip. I will keep that in mind.
Has she really quit riding, as someone way, way up thread said?
The horses don’t care as long as there is turnout, but one can ride without a trainer session ya’know.
If she loved it that much and is now not riding, I think that speaks volumes to loving the lifestyle, not the rides. I think that is sad .
A notice and a trailer on stand by works for that too! Interestingly, I can’t find any timelines like evictions have. It almost seems like you can do it pretty quickly.
I’m super intrigued by this now.
Please don’t tell anyone but I have a chainsaw in the back of my SUV right now and it’s under a cover. Hope I’m not stopped at a road block!!
I thought IM - was it? - said she was with a trainer who loved her and was doing well. Did something change? I’ve been away for awhile…

I don’t think anyone has any idea what she’s doing other than posting on YouTube chats and reliving the trial. That said, I don’t know anyone who is actively trying to figure out what she’s doing either.

Do not forget the knives. We cutters just love our knives!
