Barisone assessment

And didn’t she also text RG/JK that she knew how to gain access to the office and could get hold of agreements/contracts, etc?

Glad you mentioned that. On either (or both) the television shows, “Forensic Files” and “The New Detectives”, there were a couple of cases where corpses were weighed down with concrete blocks, and the subsequent gases actually caused the bodies to eventually float, which enabled them (obviously) to be found.

Sorry for the run-on sentence.

Brain not functioning fully here–I read that as “composted.”

Is he/she by Ironicus?

I’m using “Psycho Analyze(d)” as mine. He/she will be by Freud or Overanalyze, although the latter is in South Korea now, I think.

Tarshis testified that there were no written contracts.

Verbal contracts are still contracts that can be enforced.

Ah, yes. Testified in court to being bipolar and having NPD. And stated on SM that she had multiple personalities (and couldn’t be sure what any of those personalities might do).

Bipolar + Narcissistic Personality Disorder + Dissociative Personality Disorder + drug addiction = a very volatile mix. :skull_and_crossbones: :scream:

Two questions:

Where was it being stablished that the breast implant was damaged when LK was shot? Was this one of the doctor’s testimony?

And where has it been established that LK has quit riding due to physical therapy on scar tissue? I suspect his one is unsubstantiated.

You also do it when the victim is alive so they sink (Pinochet & the people he ordered to be murdered and were helicoptered out to sea).

Not a legal expert here, but if the bolded were true, wouldn’t the verdict have been GUILTY?

Because it contradicts the narrative k-klan wishes to force. It’s very clear that MB went to great lengths to have LK removed, per testimony under oath. Many involved. MB did not just wake up one day, give a 1-2 day notice and shoot her as CH would like all to believe.

Yes, JK was in the process of negotiating an exit on LKs behalf, presumably with LKs consent to the process of the negotiation. As principal, she did not agree to the terms proposed by Tarshis and JK on Aug 5 or 6, and intended to continue negotiating via ED. All perfectly legal.

So LK and JK thought the issue was being resolved via door #2. The tragedy is that Barisone in his delusions was unable to let the negotiations continue for another few days and shot her.

Are you now stating you witnessed the shooting? You weren’t there seeker, you know just as much as we do about the shooting. You’re simply believing the word of LK who also believed she was evacuated by helicopter to the hospital. Unreliable interpretation of events.

  1. Because maybe they have brought their posting behavior to the attention of the mods… or mods have been messaged about them or they have replied to mods in an inappropriate way… yet you maintain it is exclusively due to flagging, flagging, flagging - were you not bragging about flagging posts a while back? So many posts lecturing others about how to post and what to post about… my recollection may not be clear.

  2. But why are you tagging them? As a way to show that you think they were wronged and you want them to know it and applaud you for it? If they were banned from the forum, they will not see it - which is what the @CurrentlyHorseless does (by example) - it is a notification to that poster. You can mention whoever the hell you like - but tagging them like that repeatedly if they cannot even get the notifications is just a grandiose exercise in futility. It is also something YD embraced - constantly tagging everyone and anyone ad nauseum - not a tactic to admire or adopt, IMO. Quoting someone - and then tagging them as well in your(g) reply - is just redundant and specious. They will get a notification for the quote - as well as the tag. And the next tag. And the one after that.

Deja vu… I have had this conversation before. YD gets brought up because the very tactics and MO that contributed to her getting banned are now being used again…

I think that she would not have gone quietly and actually ramped up her goal to ruin him.

The ruptured implant was removed during her surgery in the Trauma ER, according to the surgeon who testified. The wounds were in her upper chest, and correspond to where the implant would have sat behind her chest tissue, so the implant was ruptured due to the passage of the bullets through her body.

Seems to me it would be very difficult for a “verbal contract” to be enforced if the involved parties disagreed about the substance of said contract, particularly when one party is a highly successful and respected individual in his chosen profession and has a stellar reputation in the community (not a nuisance or a problem, no arrest record, etc.). And the other party is a lifelong grifter and self-admitted drug addict with an arrest record, and has admitted in court to lying whenever it suited her. :upside_down_face:

Agreed. She all but spelled that out all over SM.

Nah, I’m good on the msg me thing. I’ll put stuff out here.

First, I have to correct myself. RG testified that he thought the lawyers were involved so he could get paid for his work, and LK told him not to submit his bill because it would ruin the plan.

It’s your daughter who testified that she, RG and your husband were planning on suing MB. Starting at 6:31:41. While you’re there, take a scroll through the comments. Might be enlightening for you.

I have answered for myself, Warmblood1.

I have never said that MB “woke up one day, gave a 1-2 day notice and shot her”.
