Barisone assessment

Except you, once again, skipped some vital testimony. The tragedy is that LK stopped the negotiations. Not MB, his lawyer or her dad. She stopped it. Therefore, dad hired her an eviction attorney (ED) and Mr T sent notices.

Because she ratcheted up the pressure by calling SS and leading them to believe that children may be at imminent risk there, resulting in CPS arriving to investigate suspected “child neglect” - and making MB terrified that MHG was going to lose her children as a result.

Yes, thank you for pointing out what appears to be an anomaly. I wonder why the one slipped through the cracks….maybe it has something to do with accessing the office and forging signatures…

No one said it was a direct quote. But you continue to portray the idea that MB did not negotiate with his own lawyer, LK and JK for a week, possible two, to have LK moved to a facility 15 minutes down the road with a suitable trainer, and that LK refused. How is this indicative of her being in any way malleable? Her behavior showed no indication that she would honor the eviction and quietly leave. “Finish the Bastard.” You keep asserting that a buy-out was the appropriate route and I completely disagree.

LK/RG posed as a risk not only to MB but to everyone and everything on the farm. LK has gone above and beyond to prove that - barefoot ninja, illegal recordings, late night disturbances, threats on SM, discussions about handguns, a violent past, the list goes on.

So, this is okay with you, but a “I want you to leave and take your horses with you” isn’t a good enough notice. It has to be WRITTEN to be a “legal” contract to get a party to LEAVE?

If she did not like the negotiations her father was making, shouldn’t she have said something before a “final package” was presented to MB and she was expected to leave?

And here at 1:55 where she’s asked about the suit and denies it’s existence bc she can’t “recall”. But we all know she’s an admitted liar.

Sorry, don’t have the time to find the original post by CH, so I ‘borrowed’ this one.

Regarding #1 (bolded):

Or maybe one or more of the moderators were following the Barisone trial and per LK’s testimony/behavior/whatever on the stand, he/she/them made a decision (maybe with some official/additional discussion with TPTB at COTH) to ban LK from the forums.

A buy-out for LK to leave feels like extortion.

Her story changed frequently. At my time marker, Mr B asks her about if she’s asking admissibility in relation to the lawsuit they had planned, and her answer is “probably”. (They’re talking about the recordings here).

Do you happen to recall when she testified to those diagnoses?

That sounds equally terrifying & hilarious (so long as no one was hurt). I think someone needs to step in and grab the reins on this pony too…

@smoofox, watch it! Saying things like this about her friends and family stepping in to keep her from damaging herself is what got me threatened!

LOL!!!

There are some illuminating comments under that video as well.

Buyout? Boarders don’t get buyouts. What kind of grifter thinking is that? Who thinks this way?!

I have to think that if LK, or any PopRider, sends anything to MB that it will be considered harassment and addressed as such.

Yes there are. I watched again last night with my husband. He can’t get enough of it all. He’s just beyond amazed.

If I were part of her legal team for the civil trial, the impression she left with those viewers would concern me greatly.

So now you know me and are diagnosing me? Um, I have a real problem with your post. Serious problem.

Well, it sure feels like Groundhog’s Day around here. It’s boring, and I’m not sure it’s serving anyone… but I guess it is fodder for entertainment in a grotesque, trainwreck sort of way.

Because I have way too much time on my hands, I did a little down and dirty analysis of this thread. Before people arrived to rehash old narratives and to decry supposed “bullying”, “stalking”, “sadistic behavior”, etc., this thread was indeed quite sleepy. The arrival of a very small number of posters is what resurrected the thread activity.

I’d think if someone would like for topics not to be discussed, they’d be wiser to not join in the conversation as that only fuels the fire and bumps the thread and leads the topic back to the territory that some claim not to want the thread to go. Never ending cycle… the more posts, the more re-hashing, the more exponential the growth. “Day 21” was the last 24 hours as of post 1118. Done nerding out… but it’s “interesting”.
