You must be getting your info from telephone calls or private messages or something because all that came out at trial or here is that the dryer sounded bad so they called the authorities.
I know it can get hard trying to keep straight which info came from which source. That’s why it’s far better and easier to always speak the truth. You don’t run into those issues that way.

Even if she respected the barn hours, which she did not, she had all day, every day, during barn hours, to address the issue. She was not banned from the barn. She could have unplugged the dryer as soon as she saw the issue first hand (assuming she did see an issue). Instead, she hand wrote a letter to the fire inspectors and allowed the supposedly faulty dryer to continue running. I fail to see any logic in that, outside of weaponizing FIs. I fail to see any legitimacy in her fear of a faulty dryer either.
The thoracic surgeon testified to it and her healed scars were shown to the jury.
