Then, she saw it running up the stairs in MBs hand to make sure he had hit his 2nd target. And… THEN, she saw it under MBs body while RG did his best to make sure MB couldn’t reach it again until “help, help,” arrived. Clearer now?

Not really….I thought you were claiming that 3rd bullet grazed you in the abdomen before finding it’s way toward RG’s head….meaning MB would have had to have been on the ground at that point in time….

Why would a locker be located inside a SECOND floor (not first) clubhouse? Typically, horses walking around cannot be heard so closely from INSIDE a totally separate room on a totally separate floor. Just sayin……

Interesting. Why would anyone whom charged with a felony, but “must have been,” given a lesser charge, decide to switch sides altogether? You people really will say, pray, hope, “speculate,” just about anything OTHER than the factual events made publicly available for you? It’s just so…… bizarre.

Keep in mind IM indicated in the other thread that MHG would be destroyed. Perhaps RC will provide damaging testimony about MH that will cause further issues.

Did LK not say she had come across the gun which was unattended, out in the open, posing a threat to the kids?

No, I do not find it normal that someone would sleep outside a horse’s stall. However, my point was that doing so with a gun under your pillow is well beyond simply “not normal”.

If so many people knew there was a gun on the property that was brought into the state illegally, why didn’t they call the police? Seems there was no love lost between LK and RC based on LK’s post on RC’s FB page.

The point is there is very little that is “normal” in this entire sordid situation.

I thought “missing” might just be a way of saying that the gun was not in her possession for those two days, so that she did not know exactly where it was.

That makes no sense when you consider LK is making companion allegations that RC was specifically asked to bring the gun and was claimed to have been part of the planning, and that the missing gun was endangering kids.

If you take the claims at face value, then in the greater concept of the planned murder…RC having knowingly given MB the gun so he could enact a murder plot, that LK was aware of through her recording, by showing up to their space with the gun in his waistband….well there is a defined chain of custody with supposedly an expected outcome/use so it is a stretch to get to the descriptor of “missing” from at any point of view in the narrative.

Also, the language of the article was that she didn’t see the gun again, not that she didn’t know where it was or that she wasn’t present when it was placed wherever it was agreed to be stored until she could leave. We also do not know what exactly prompted MB to go to the police station on 8/5….and I wonder why that is the date of the incident on the warrant when no other reported actions were made on that day?

I was not aware that LK claimed that RC had “knowingly given MB the gun so he could enact a murder plot.”

I thought 8/5 was the date that RC was thought to have transferred possession of the gun to MB. If so , that would explain why that was date on the warrant.
