We did it after 14 days of testimony including opening and closing arguments, with more witnesses and 12 counts to keep track of, so yes it can be done.

Also, I’m satisfied with the verdict, though a pure NG would have been better. I have been following this mostly on here since it started and saw plenty of the crazy that caused it.

She’ll be glad it confirms he tried to kill her, but upset that he’s not convicted and hopefully still has a chance of starting his life over at some point when he’s well enough. She wanted him ruined. She came close, but honestly the only one ruined is her. Everyone now knows exactly who and what she is.

I’ll admit two years ago I was firmly in the “there is no excuse for shooting someone unless they are about to kill you,” camp. As the details were unveiled and particularly throughout the trial I moved to firmly in the NGI camp, and more than that, believe firmly that LK and RG drove him to the mental breakdown which resulted in the shooting. I believe wholeheartedly NGI is the correct decision in the charges regarding LK, and NG is correct with respect to RG. Well done, jurors.

Obviously in CA rather than NJ, but just think about OJ being found not guilty on murder charges but still losing the civil case.

LK’s team may push her hard to drop the case. She did not do well on the stand and that was with a whole lot of her nastiness being protected by the court. Does she really want that all aired? MB doesn’t have anything to hide - his dirty laundry was dragged out in the last two weeks.

I think MB can show greater financial damages so a counter Suit for harassment perhaps?

I realize she has pain and suffering but what financial damages would LK be able to claim?

May not be worth the can of worms.

I thought the judge said they would have to coordinate his move to the Ann something Center. I got the impression that it would not happen until after the holiday.

I believe MB, SGF, and RC all counter sued…she might not have much choice in being able to just drop it.

I think they only went to the lesser charge for RG, since it was a straight NG on the attempted murder. Then they also found NG on the lesser charge.

Though I chimed in when I could add some humor (NJ pizza! NJ diners! The length and girth and Dr Pornstache’s resume!), I was relieved and greatful for today’s verdict. To better lives and futures to all involved.

Mental health facility asap. First they have to do a medical exam though to see if he’s in need of medical hospitalization. Whether or not that can be facilitated today or not, I’m sure Mr B, Mr D, and others are working with the jail and whatever facility the judge named. Then the evaluation, then the hearing on May 17th to determine what’s next - continued hospitalization, or partial, conditional release, or complete release, depending on results of exam.

I just had another thought - how p*ssed does Pornstache have to be right now? The jury flat out said the other two mental health professionals were the believable ones.

Taylor did not look particularly happy reading the verdict or after the jury was dismissed.

I just re-watched the reading of the verdicts on twitter and even Bilinkas barely held it together.

My heart aches for this man and what these evil people did to him intentionally. I really really want there to be some serious consequences for them. At the very least, please let her current trainer and barn kick her out, and no other trainers or barns ever allow her anywhere near them. I just can’t comprehend such evil.
