Before agreeing to represent Barisone, do you think the lawyers required Barisone to sign a document granting a lien on his property so that they would would be paid?
Has he already taken out a mortgage on the property to pay his legal fees, or is he waiting to see if the case against the insurance companies yields any cash before mortgaging the property?

This just goes to show how desperately MB wants to move on. I disagree with his decision, however I’m not the one who was attacked in my own home. I can only empathize with MB. You should try it!

Out West we laughed when we read it. My father’s weekend gentleman’s ranches in nor cal were 2 of 25K acres each. My old jumping coach, good pal of Gene Lewis, managed a 500,000 acre ranch in Nevada.
