It seems to me that changing the SafeSport status of MB to interim when he was found NGRI shows that SafeSport is following the verdict and will likely reinstate him when he is officially deemed no longer a danger to himself or others and is released. However, I believe they have to act on that individually, I haven’t found any policy saying it’s automatic.
I like to think he will eventually be released and be riding and training again just as I hope to see LK continuing to progress in her riding and inner peace. As I believe the best revenge is happiness and/or success, I hope they both move on from this event and find both happiness and success.
