Why do you think the insurance companies have settled for hundreds of thousands?

After seeing the true text messages the insurance companies both settled pretty quickly didnât they?

To be clearâŠâŠyou must remember the defense attorney Mark Silver. When he realized what Deininger had done with the text messages he wanted no part of Deininger any longer.
Thatâs how that settlement suddenly happened.
But you go on supporting a would be murderer when even his co counsel walked away.

Are you sure? Silver represented a different party, with different interests, not Michael. I thought everyone recognized that.
Bilinkas is Deiningerâs co-council and it seems he was at the hearing last week. Youâd know that if youâd been there.

LK told us there would be bombshells at the trial. There werenât. Then there were going to be bombshells in the 48 hours episode, and other than learning to bow to a horse and tell it âhalt haltâ there were no bombshells there. Why werenât the transcripts and the recordings ever turned over?
Did you forget the 911 call where he called them squatters or that sheâd been asked to leave many, many times?
An attorney submitted doctored text in a court of law? He didnât get disbarred?
