I had this same question. I know the farm has sold, he’s probably had to pay an astronomical amount for attorney fees… not sure what he has left and that makes me really sad.
Doesn’t he still have the farm in FL? I know property was discussed along the way in this thread but I’ve already forgotten.
Hence why I’d be lost without taking notes if I were on that jury.
Thanks - still can’t find it. Both videos of Charge Conference don’t seem to contain closing arguments. Am getting most of it via Court TV but hate them breaking in all the time.
Justin Harden testified he rented space from MB on the latter’s farm in Florida.
According to his attorney, he has millionS. Could the defense have cost that much? Remember he is in a romantic relationship, so maybe he’ll go live with her, at least temporarily.
According to PBC land records, he still owns the farm - as of a month or so ago.
Closing arguments were Monday which was Day 11.
Here is Law & Crime Channel C sorted in reverse date order.
They have each section named and uploaded as well as the whole livestream recording.
Question. Do we know there were no contacts? No contract for horse board? I could see no contract for the house if LK was originally staying there rent free on a guest basis. And people rarely have contracts for barter work. As far as RGs work, do we know he actually did anything that required a license or a permit like wiring? The only job we heard about in the testimony was laying tile sporadically and RG testified he only worked enough to work off board. It’s possible he did even less as he admits to being an active drug user at this time. Anyhow we don’t know that there were no boarding contracts that was never an issue in the trial. I assume bringing RG in as a handyman was LK’s way to get RG into a living situation that her father had set up hoping it would seperate them.

The defense bills are possibly in the six figure range. At least, that’s what some legal commentators on other channels were saying.
I thought someone on the thread at some point said that that was just MB being MB, his sense of humor. That he really didn’t think that.

Definitely in the 6 figure range, probably not millions though. I hope for his sake that he he does have that in the bank!
I couldn’t remember if he owned it or just leased it for the winter season.
Please no more on clubs for I am a delicate flower.
I think in this instance contracts would have been super helpful.
Thanks for looking that up!!
Like RG!!
Just a joke.
As you wish, Buttercup.
