I assume this was just the jury being dismissed for the day. The judge previously said to notify him when they wanted to finish for the day. Apparently they have to be brought in and officially dismissed each day with the instructions not to talk about the case.

I don’t envy them. Not an easy decision.
Frankly, the sentencing in relation to the NJ gun laws is a real eye opener to me. Would MB have faced the same possible penalty if he took his own legal revolver to the scene, with one bullet? Or his own shotgun? I think he had a shotgun in that gun safe.
