Yes. Bob has claimed once or twice to be a retired attorney.
Bob created his YouTube account 9 or 10 days ago. When all of LKs other known social media went dark for one reason or another (she was finally banned from these forums).
Bob speaks like a teenaged girl… complete with emojis. Not typical of retired attorneys. Bob also has a very similar posting style as LK. Bob slings juvenile insults. Bob has threatened to turn multiple YouTubers into the court for insults about the judge. Because Bob also started targeting his harassment of certain YouTubers, one has claimed she’s already fed up enough to file a complaint with the police.
Bob has fixated very closely on girl Joey, who is ALSO busy on YouTube. Bob knows some ODDLY SPECIFIC details about the Girl Joey and LK backstory.
Bob desperately wants MB convicted.
Bob gets very agitated at people who claim that LK and RG were squatters. Or were at fault. Bob responds to random comments claiming in detail that LK and RG were legal tennants.
Bob claims to “know” MB is guilty.
And now, Bob has opinions on how great dressage might be as part of an equine program associated with a minimum security prison.
Because retired attorneys come up with that sort of thought routinely.
Oh… last thing… LK was known to be a longtime Howard Stern fan. Hence the name “Bob Abooey”

And some people think that LK and RG are vile people with whom they would never associate, but also recognize that it is not acceptable to shoot people for being vile people with whom you no longer want to associate. Those of us who understand this also realize that if you DO shoot such people, you should be held accountable according to the law. Unfortunately, being vile is not against the law, so the vile people do not go on trial for being vial, but the person who shot the vile person does get judged under the law for shooting the vial person, because shooting a vile person is against the law.
Some of the things LK and RG did outside of being vile might be against the law in NJ, but MB did not press charges against them for anything, so as of right now that point is moot.

Yes. I’m aware of the mustang related programs. And other types of equine therapy for people with PTSD. Both prisoners, and veterans.
But c’mon… dressage?!? Are they going to start having a prison show circuit? Will dressage coaches start going to prison and volunteering their time to help all the inmates succeed? Get to Training Level?
C’mon. This is just a little bit much.

I don’t know the law, but I would be shocked if it were legal to threaten people with guns. But I think he believed he was out of legal options. I don’t believe he expected to actually shoot the gun.
Ps This is why I’m anti gun. Guns cause far more accidental deaths and suicides than protect lives.

“Please be careful” - because they meant well but believed all her admitted lies on SM and endless drama queen antics. Be that as it may, she even had a destination arranged to haul to - everything was set up and easy to do. There was a viable solution right at hand. But noooooo - she refused, made excuses, lied some more… and deliberately chose to stay in what she well knew was a volatile situation. But what better way to finish the bastard, right? Keep on provoking and poking… until events reached the tragic point of no return.
I see some posters lamenting about the poor choices MB made - while failing to acknowledge the bad decisions that LK and RG made… over and over again.

That doesn’t surprise me much, I can’t say I have a very high opinion of him after watching his streams. I do agree with him that Bilinkas didn’t do much to prove self-defence (jury isn’t even allowed to consider it) and the Bilankas gave people too much room to pontificate on his cross examinations

But here’s thing…
You are getting into false binary thinking.
The people that are really hung up on how vile Lk and RG are? Most are not saying they think it’s ok if MB shot them in cold blood.
They are saying they don’t believe LK and RGs version of events.
Others keep on saying over and over, “Yes they are vile, but that’s no excuse for shooting them!”
People then get angry and frustrated… because their position is being mischaracterized, fairly frequently.
I came into this discussion with an open mind. Except that I thought LK was a nut. But I now have grave doubts about what exactly happened, and how it happened. I don’t know what MBs mental state is. I’m not in the courtroom and I’m not a shrink. But… between the testimony of Simring, and my deep suspicion of LK and RG, and this consequent feeling that I have no idea what happened at the house that day, in terms of whether a beating preceded a shooting, if the shooting was accidental, etc etc…
I think NGI would be a good outcome for this case.
But that’s not me saying I think it’s “ok” to shoot vile people.

Today I listened to Bilinkas’ closing arguments again and he was pretty convincing. There really isn’t any proof (when the cameras were turned off, you have no proof), no evidence from the gun, DNA, crime scene. Perhaps he did show up wanting to discuss things rationally, they all sat at the patio table (where his phone was found) and then things heated up. Who knows.
He brought up so many inconsistencies in the testimonies and police statements and the mistakes by the police department. I hope the jury finds him NG or NGI and he sues the crap out of LK/RG/JK and the Morris Cty. PD. And somehow he is able to live a life free of mental issues and enjoy horses again, whether as a trainer/coach or owner.

I never said that. I have answered in the legal sense all along.
These squatters had the intent (according to the defense) of inflicting as much pain and suffering upon MB and others as they could.
You cannot make their actions legal or legitimate no matter how much you try.
Their statements are rendered moot once they lied under oath.

He was not out of legal options. His lawyer told him to file the eviction papers and get a restraining order.

And the judge ordered this solely because the defense offered absolutely no evidence that it was self defense. There was simply no basis at all for the jury to even consider self defense. Just like the defense offered absolutely no evidence that someone other than MB fired a gun that day. People here are just making up stories out of nowhere because they want MB to be innocent, not because of any evidence that the defense has presented (which is their job). MB’s defense has not once shown even the slightest little bit of evidence that MB is not the sole individual who pulled a trigger that day. If there was any evidence that someone other than MB shot a gun at someone that day, the defense would have presented the crap out of it. But they didn’t, because it doesn’t exist. You all might as well say that a unicorn with opposable thumbs came out of nowhere and stole the gun out of MB’s pocket, shot LK, and ran off never to be seen again. Because that is as likely a scenario as someone other than MB pulling the trigger and shooting LK that day. MB shot LK. No matter how much many of you want to deny the truth, my unicorn story is just as likely as your stories that LK shot herself or RG shot LK. Talk about insane.
