The problem is they seem to be trying to prevent the jury from being able to find that is reasonable doubt.

I think their only goods were hearsay, unfortunately which is not allowed. Obviously if the police did a better job would be a different story.

I’m wondering about the phones. Were they submitted as evidence? Was there MB and LK blood on the phone she beat him with?

Also, how did he break/dislocate is elbow? Did RG actively break it?

Here’s the thing about the shrink with the massive list of accomplishments, the defense could have stipulated that the psychologist was a qualified expert and avoided all that. Otherwise, the psychologist is obligated to rattle off his/her bona fides.

I also feel that if MB had meant to just go kill them, he would have actually brought a better weapon and gotten the job done. It makes sense to me that he chose that weapon for defense.

The other handguns had been rendered inoperable by removal of the firing pins.

If I have a beef with someone, grab my gun, drive to their house and call them outside, then shoot them, how is that self defense?

Ask the jury that acquitted Kyle Rittenhouse.

Rittenhouse met the elements of self defense, including the duty to retreat, as abhorrent as the sight of out of town white guys in a pickup truck with long rifles appeared. I had trouble accepting that emotionally but it was there.

This is what I’ve been saying the entire trial. Bilinkas needed to put in actual evidence of something, anything refuting the order of events and he didn’t.

But what solid evidence is there to support that the events the two, known liars laid out is true?
