Barisone News

Which is why a top forensic psychiatrist has been hired by the defense to examine (5 times already) Barisone to dispute the state’s psychiatric report.

Well, I am not a lawyer, and haven’t even watched much Law and Order on TV!

Even so, I am aware that.”different jurisdictions have different laws”!

I highly doubt the prosecution gives fig one about what a top global firm wants or thinks. They are concerned with conviction alone. And public appearance and perhaps politics if that’s applicable at that time to that jurisdiction.

The prosecution isn’t looking to be involved in the civil case. The civil case means squat to them. They’d rather not have outside attorneys involved. The prosecution wants to control every aspect of the case as much as possible. They don’t want outside influence, drama or surprises. That’s why criminal case judges routinely suspend related civil proceedings until after trial.

The prosecution wants no one to scew up their case. Not the victim or their family nor top 5 global law firms nor the media etc.

Does that mean you also believe LK? Because IM mostly said the same things as LK. To a somewhat remarkable degree, in fact.

If there is a discrepancy between IMs statements and LKs statements, I tend to trust IM. But you’re right that the discrepancies are rare, so that my mostly trusting IM has increased the weight I put on LKs basic narrative.

The biggest difference between IMs posts and those of LK is one of style: LK is often emotional and angry (I find this understandable, frankly), while IM is calm and unemotional.

I don’t know of anything that IM has claimed that is contradicted by a verifiable fact. That’s why I find his “narrative” believable.

Because the trial hasn’t been held to contradict his “facts”. When one of the 3 parties involved is in jail and not speaking, there isn’t anyone to contradict other than witnesses leading up to the event and they aren’t about to talk publicly!

I do believe that IM did some name calling too. I certainly would not have called him calm and unemotional in those posts.

Yes, he liked the word “idiot” a lot.

He was particularly rude and insulting toward Knights_Mom.

Maybe he seemed calm and unemotional compared to some of the other posters on the thread.

Like the police officer describing LK’s dog as small compared to his (hypothetical) 200 pound dog at home.

And I wonder what became of IM? He certainly seems to have vanished without a trace after being very active on previous threads on this subject. And only on this subject.

I suspect he got tired of defending and arguing and became bored. Perhaps he smartly felt posting here was not doing the prosecution any good.

Twist twist twist and the thread goes nuts!
Yes, its been posted in quite a few articles which way Bilinkas plans to go. Also, what was said in court about waiting to contest the state Dr’s assessment. You are the only one claiming I have all the inside scoop. I’ve only mentioned things that are public. I add my opinion but I don’t add nonsensical bs to create an alternative reality, like others do! So let’s say map is the wrong word and replace it with guide.

So did Bilinkas in the last hearing. Bilinkas needs more time to contest the state Dr’s claims

Sorry, I haven’t claimed that - your post implied that idea.

That is a complete misrepresentation of what he said. He said they are waiting on the final write ups of the reports. He specifically said the psychiatrist had repeated every test the state Dr had completed and had interviewed MB multiple times.

Who is twisting words again?

That would be Dr Steven Simring, who has interviewed MB 5 times per Bilinkas.

Additionally, the date was pushed back to March because the judge and prosecution both had other cases that would be hitting their 2 year deadlines before MB. The judge had this discussion with the lawyers for multiple cases that day about this fact.

They are not delaying the trial because of the defense needing more time.

I feel IM’s pain, but perhaps he figure that no matter what he said…you guys have your minds made up. Can’t really have a rational discussion with irrational people can you. Blinded by MB’s star status or something. I’m almost at that point myself. At this point… am i considered crazy for going on and on with the people here who make shit up!
What did you say eggbutt…

You call it speculation, but making up your own events up make them lies

So I used the wrong word, forgive me. However you just proved my point. So Thank you. Now we both agree that the repot we are waiting on, is to contest the state Dr’s assessment
