Does anyone know if the forensics determined those bullets were fired from that particular gun?

That is a question I keep coming back to. After so much time has passed, I can’t see how on earth they haven’t done ballistic tests yet. And if any bullet had come back as having NOT been fired from the recovered gun, it would have been made public.

I think there was one gun involved and that is the one already known and currently locked up up in an evidence locker somewhere.

I don’t see MB’s defense being that he didn’t do it. It will all revolve around why and how. Mitigation that will nullify his action.

As for why he wants to stay in custody? He is in a county jail currently. His lawyer is betting that he will be found guilty of a lesser included charge and released for time served. If I had to do time, I would probably choose county jail to prison every time.

Please indulge me for a second. I am fed up with being accused of stalking LK and following her every move and responding to her every post. If that was true I would be responding to her posts on other forums (where I hear she frequently complains about the liars on this forum), or Twitter or Instagram or Facebook or whatever.

Like others I post out of interest and confusion from the various details of the events, coupled with the background of 3 participants. None makes sense and I simply do not accept or comprehend why they stayed if there was so much danger. It doesn’t make any sense.

Seriously, if you’ve never seen The Princess Bride, do yourself a favor and watch it as soon as you get the chance. It is absolutely fantastic. And there are horses in it!

If you are so in danger that you are posting on social media that you feel your life is in danger then why stay there? You have means (clearly), leave and figure out the logistics of money you are owed via the legal system that you are so aware of how it works.

On the topic of The Princess Bride, it is one of those movies that I do not really get why it is so popular. It was worth watching once but…certainly not amazing or anything. (Just my opinion.)

If you actually look at the most popular “liked” posts on this thread, they are the true derailments. Somebody questioning if the behavior here is appropriate is not a derailment, it’s a good freakin question, y’all just don’t like it.

There is a post by @ThreeWishes with some bizarre anecdote about me and my dog with 40 likes. FORTY. You guys clearly like the derailments. You like the drama. You like the personal attacks. That’s why you all are here reading these threads for thousands of posts for years. It’s hobby drama.
