Believe what you want. Think what you want. Michael was unstable for a very long time. He was unstable when someone posted on the Chronicle the warning not
to use him as a trainer. He was probably unstable long before that. I don’t think anyone is interested in him hurting anyone else. That is why is is not among the general public right now.

There were no other plans until the tapes captured a really bad plan by Michael to get her out once he found out she had been arrested (not convicted) and made some mean posts to other people not even connected with him.

So now we are at the heart of why things went south. Michael found out about her long and sordid history of stalking, harassing, stealing, abusing, assaulting, and even shooting at someone. He found out about RG’s lengthy criminal record and both of their issues with illegal drugs. He received first hand reports from people she tortured, like GirlJoey. Perhaps her behaviour on the farm had already raised red flags, which is why he decided to look into her background more.

Does that sound like someone you’d want as a client? Someone you’d want living on your property with your family, staff and clients?

And now you admit she knew Michael wanted her out of the farm. Which again begs the question - knowing she was no longer welcome, why didn’t she leave?

Because this was a planned and strategized pattern of behavior most probably designed to harass, intimidate and extort what they wanted as revenge for his defiance and failure to further acquiesce to their demands.

What about the arrangements Lauren’s dad made with MB’s attorney to move her to a nearby farm with a PanAm gold medalist trainer? Why did she turn that down?

They did prove he shot LK. NGRI. He shot her, he isn’t criminally responsible because he is insane.

MHG called everyone she knew. She admitted this in court.

I’m sure many barn owners in the area are now grateful for the warning and wondering what might have happened to them and their clients if they had taken Lauren as a boarder.

The equestrian community is small and despite how competitive it is, professionals tend to look out for each other this way. It’s not at all uncommon to share information / post warnings about nightmare boarders. Where I live there is even a Facebook group dedicated to it.

So, if the plan wasn’t specific enough to know ahead of time that it was a plot, then how well planned could it have been to have went down exactly as planned?

I guess. But Seeker heard them, transcribed the plot to kill her daughter.
Unless she’s not very bright, it must have sounded compelling to Seeker.
So, what was it about the plot that convinced Seeker, but then no one thought to use to prove MBs guilt?

I think you are underestimating the influence of the desire to have “solid gold” for a trial. I know a lot of people who completely reinvent events so they can have a justification to do whatever it is they want to do or as a way to completely manipulate a situation.

DiFranco had not moved in that short time either though she was actively looking and did not have the same number of horses.

Lauren’s dad and MB atty had a quick discussion at some point that was not completed. During the course of the discussions, MHG started her phone calls. Also, if Lauren was so bad why would anyone be willing to help her in real life? They WOULDN’T.
