IMHO, he is on a temporary suspension while SS conducts its own investigation regarding the shooting and surrounding events. IMHO, the results of the evaluation hearing will feed into that, but will not end their investigation.
Back when I was last in training with a trainer, I expected to be the center of attention of the trainer during the course of the 45 minute private lesson that I was paying for. Otherwise, no.
There are no mixed signals that LK’s Daddy was negotiating a new place for her and she refused to go.
I was talking about what a normal person, not one whose desire in life is to ruin others, would do if their secret recording devices made it clear that the barn they are at does not want them there anymore. In other words, even before Daddy negotiated a new place and hired a lawyer for her, before she went all “Ms. Bad a$$”, when she just knew they were talking about wanting her out.
A normal person (so not LK clearly) would say “I am not wanted here, time to move on” and find a new barn.
Then there is nothing to worry about. All those emails between LK and JK plotting to destroy him, and her willingness to forge his signature on documents, will be much more compelling than a bunch of recordings that didn’t even make the criminal trial because someone twisted a bunch of nothing into something it wasn’t to justify and excuse their bad behavior.
What we know is that she didn’t leave within 24 hours of receiving the order to vacate, which was delivered on the 6th, not the 5th. What was the time period of the order to vacate? 30 days? 3 days?
If she was ordered on the 6th to vacate by 9th or 10th, we’ll never know whether or not she would have complied with the order because MB WAS INSANE and SHOT HER on the 7th.
I think that is a logical assumption to make. If the evaluation indicates he may pose a possible risk to a community that falls under SafeSport’s umbrella, then they will no doubt not approve his reinstatement.
OTOH, if the evaluation indicates he does not pose a risk, and if Judge Taylor and the State approve his full release, I cannot imagine that SS/USEF have legal grounds to continue his suspension.
My guess is that he will be given a conditional release. Depending on the findings of the evaluation and how much of a harda** Taylor wants to be, MB may be sent to a halfway house or released on condition that he attends regular counseling and receive additional psychiatric evaluations for a certain period of time. And if that is the case, I would not expect SS/USEF to drop his suspension until such time as he has been FULLY released from obligations to the State.
Edited to add that if Taylor wants regular counseling/evaluations, I wonder if he will not allow him to leave the state until such time as he is eligible for full release.
Suit yourself on the searching. My point is that the mods did some deleting, since I know they deleted my response to your suggestion RND communicate by PM with someone she disagreed with. PMing with someone not known to be a “friendly” is dangerous.
Of course SS could impose restrictions on him, up to a lifetime ban, based on their own investigation, even if he is released without restrictions by the criminal justice system.
Apparently daddy realized she had been asked to leave, was owed no $$ that couldn’t be settled down the road, and was actively working on finding an up-to-her-standards facility to move to, along with several Barisone allys, yet she stayed and apparently later defended her desire to stay.
Those here who are 40+ years old, does your father handle your move to another facility? Seriously, is LK so incompetent that her father and boyfriend have to do everything for her? I’m seriously asking if she has become that dependent on other men in her life.
That would make for a very interesting case for violation of civil rights, esp. since he was acquitted and esp. once he is released without restrictions.
[Edited because I meant to say “without restrictions.” ]
