Barisone Safe Sport Update

Then the plot was non existent and she’s made it all up for attention and to justify her actions.

If it did indeed happen, I would think Bilinkas would be all over it. For all we know, the NJ Judicial Review Commission (or whatever it is called) may already be looking at the evidence.

True.

Plus it sounds more dramatic and problematic to talk about moving six horses in a hurry instead of the actual four horses that were on the property.

That’s standard though. Judges routinely have to compel discovery and rule on its admissibility at trial. It’s pretty clear from some of the rulings that the tapes were discussed in pre-trial hearings. And Judge T only let that one line from the ED tape in.

It’s entirely possible that someone has misconstrued or misunderstood a statement by Judge T in one of those hearings. I mean, Seeker also said Mr Bilinkas determined the same things,

Yes. SS procedure is that they list someone as under a temporary suspension if 1) they are conducting their own investigation, and 2), SS, in its judgment, considers the “participant”, in this case MB, a possible danger to the community.

It is possible that there is a SS investigation going on against LK (or MHG), but neither of them have been listed as under temporary suspension, so there is no concrete indication of any other investigations by SS.

Re the 750 page complaint that MHG mailed to USEF in Lexington, in the absence of MB shooting the person named in the complaint, that would have been handled by USEF. However, this case is extraordinary in the MHG and MB filed the massive complaint against LK on Aug 6 and before the package even arrived at USEF headquarters, MB shot the person he was complaining about.

Possibly, in this extraordinary case, the MHG/MB complaint has been sent back to SS to be considered in the context of the shooting by MB.

Since Kirby’s revelation that Judge Taylor made inappropriate comments to her regarding Barisone’s guilt or innocence, I’ve pondered the Kanarek involvement with ALL the officials in this case, from the police department to the building inspector breaking protocol and allowing LK to stay in the house but not advise MB, to possibly a biased judge. I’m certainly not paranoid but I do understand conspiracy in small towns influenced by a wealthy influencer. Coincidence? Uh-huh.

And that’s what I just can’t wrap my head around. When even your own dad is making arrangements for you to move, why are you fighting it?

Didn’t he also admit under oath that he had not mentioned the ninja sighting to the police when interviewed at the time?

True, but definitely seems strange since Taylor clearly showed bias in the case.

Thank you @ekat!

Again, why was JK making any negotiations to move without LK’s input or mentioning the fact that he was making them to her in real time? Don’t you think you would at least start telling her to get ready to move? Do you really let your kid get surprised by a letter from a lawyer if you’ve been making the arrangements for possibly up to 2 weeks? Do you really continue to make arrangements unless the kid is agreeable to the idea or do you hire the lawyer instead?

I will die on the hill that his bias is against Mr B because of the reversal in the Vertetis trial. Judges really, really, really hate to be overturned on appeal and they hold grudges.

I agree 100000000%! He should have never handled the case IMO.

Yeah, I wouldn’t be at all surprised to learn that there was a lot of cronyism between the K’s and TPTB in that neck of the woods. And didn’t someone say that Taylor was a political appointee? Makes me wonder who appointed him and who all was in those spheres of influence.

Once again, the word gobsmacked comes to mind.

Going to go on a hunch, that may be because he is undergoing a psychiatric evaluation for that as required by the state and not because of the nature of the allegations of misconduct they will be investigating. They kind of seem to follow the states’s lead when dealing with criminal allegations.

He is also a former prosecutor.

He may have been too far into this one by the time the of the reversal. The courts issued their reversal March 18, 2020. The world was just starting to shut down with COVID, but they probably had no way of knowing what was going to happen.

Plus, if Mr B didn’t ask him to recuse himself, or move to strike the judge, there’s no reason for him to step aside, really.

I know it’s easy to see bias here, but honestly watching the trial, I saw stuff that is pretty common.

I see no reason to believe this happened. When a person on a forum or IRL repeatedly gets caught in lies, confusions, exaggerations, there is no basis to believe them when they generate something both illegal and improbable about a person with more responsibility and coherence than themselves.

“Bringing it up within the court system” is just playing into a paranoid and manipulative narrative.

I don’t know who Seeker is. I do know that they have shown themselves to exhibit behaviors very similar to LK and they have outright misrepresented many facts that are a matter of record, either on the court tapes or actual statements by LK on SM that are preserved.

Not harridan? She’s well into middle age and hardly respected or prominent in her field.
