My original purpose in that list was trying to understand why a successful trainer/rider/business man could be so bothered by a problematic boarder.

You really are a piece of work. That “problematic boarder” had initiated a relentless campaign of mudslinging against MB in an attempt to force him to ditch MHG and restore Herself (the problematic boarder) as #1 at Hawthorne Hill. And when it became apparent that he wasn’t going to acquiesce, she escalated from insinuations to actual threats and other actions - including inferences to certain governmental agencies that MHG’s minor children were at risk there.

Sheesh. “Problematic boarder - on steroids.” (Or other stronger drugs.)

What evidence or testimony was there that LK was trying to “force” MB to ditch MHG?

As long as he has been in business, they should have legal forms and releases and know how to kick someone out.

And what did LK claim? She had access to the office and something about signatures?

Why would MHG call places to make sure they wouldn’t take LK…if she wanted LK gone? That doesn’t make sense to me.

Thanks for digging that up. It’s always interesting to review these old posts to see what jumps out at you in light of later information.

In this case, it’s IM’s assertion that the video cameras were not up and running yet at the house. Even though it was shown at the trial that they were up and running, and RG received a notification from one of them just minutes before MB showed up at the house.

IM did not say the cameras were “not up and running yet”.

He said they were only going to be turned on when they were not at the house, which was equally untrue, as proven by the alert RG received that day while they were at the house.

He said the main purpose of installing them was for when they planned to be away. If they were only installed the day before, I’d turn them on while I was there for a day or two to verify the system was working.

Would you turn on a brand new system for the first time when you left the house for the show?

Perhaps because at that point he had other, bigger, problems, like a girlfriend in a coma?

Interesting he & dad left the hospital to rush to the house and farm under the pretense of caring for her horses. Did no one have a phone to call anyone? There has always been suspicions about their rush to the house and barn. Could that be when the house camera went missing? Speculation only. No one will ever know I’m sure.

If there is a no contact order why is she posting on YT about MB or MHG?

Is posting about someone the same as contacting or interacting with them directly? Seems like a stretch to me.

It is my understanding is she is also not supposed to be writing/posting about MB/MHG or her children and is not supposed to contact anyone connected with them…same for LK’s parents I was told. As I said originally I have not actually seen the no contact order personally.

The only known no contact order is the “no contact directive” on the SS suspension list, and it applies to MB. I read the explanation of a “no contact directive”, and it makes no mention of not discussing anyone on SM.

That’s why I wondered how they would have paid the shoeing bill on the same day without access to the physical checkbook, which was held by LK’s dad.

I will say the idea of Venmo never crossed my mind, since I’m pretty sure my own farrier has never even heard of it. Lol.

At one point her Venmo account was open and you could see the transactions. It was discussed somewhere on here in a past thread.

I am not at all familiar with Venmo or how it works, but I cannot imagine any circumstances that would make me want my financial transactions to be open and visible to the public.

For the umpteenth time, any digital recordings would have been on the cloud. It doesn’t matter if you steal the camera. I doubt you can erase a file on the cloud without leaving the information a file was created and erased. Especially for a security system.

What I got was the implication by BB member that the fears were credible. I generally ignore a couple of posters who bark up these trees, but once in a while I feel like calling them out. They are relentless in their tedium.

I generally give people the benefit of a doubt. Not in this case.
