No they did not…. You are wrong. We do not know who shot the gun or why it was shot or under what circumstances I have a feeling there was a struggle after they, LK, RG and Rosie attacked MB. And the gun went off accidentally because of thier assault, … Why else would there be so many different stories from LK and RG. They contradicted each other on the stand….

Yes, and I hope they play her testimony and that of RG at the civil case so they can see how they lied and had two very different stories about what happened. Thinking they might get their act together and come up with the same story and excuses of why they had two different stories before the civil trial.

The jury knows who fired the gun. He is in a mental institution being evaluated instead of out walking around. NGRI- not a criminal but institutionalized until he is no longer a danger to himself or others. He will undergo periodic evaluations until he is deemed no longer a danger to himself or others. Maybe one, maybe many.

Maybe it’s just me but if the partner of the property owner asked me to leave, I would. And clearly that happened way way before. So LK had plenty of notice. PLENTY.
Most people wouldn’t be so “bold” as to set one partner against the other. So if one asks to leave then surely staying would be an issue ESPECIALLY SINCE MB WAS NO LONGER TRAINING HER as per her own admission.
So I don’t for a moment count the day before the shooting to be when notice to vacate was given. The writing was on the wall.
And I also have no doubt MB sided parties and he did have conversations amongst one another as to the best way to get her to leave. I’m sure it’s those conversations that were recorded and I’m sure that during those conversations harmless expressions were made as well as dark humor of frustration.
Harmless expressions might consist of “We just got to get rid of her” or “How do we get her to get the F*** out of here?!”
Dark humor might be “Can’t we just put down some bug spray to get the roaches out?” Or other such silly expressions of frustration.

The jury does not know who fired the gun. I watched the entire trial and there was no proof whatsoever who fired the gun.

Same story. He did it. Trauma and excitement can cause differences in the story. Still, it’s the same basic story.
She “overhead” a ‘plot to kill her’ well before 8/7… And stayed.

Actually it’s not the same basic story unless you boil it down to just be MB shot LK.
But if the storyline is expanded to more than those 3 words then inconsistencies abound.
