It’s just a really odd flex to me to be so overly concerned about relationship events from 4 years prior, when you have two people coming in and providing direct, constant, and escalating pressure within a short time period.

You are trying way too hard to make way too much out of something you have no personal involvement in.

MHG really wanted LK out if there. She wanted the farmhouse got herself, MB, and sometimes her children and parents. She really disliked LK. All perfectly understandable.

Do why did MB permit LK to return to NJ in spring 2019? I don’t believe for a minute JK “forced” MB to do anything.

I think MB wanted LK as a client for the money he could get out of her - for board, for horse sales, etc. As late as July he was making plans to coach her in August and bring in more horses through quarantine, instead of giving her notice to vacate. He wanted to keep LK as a client and appease MHG. Did MHG give him an ultimatum during the last week? Get rid of LK or I’m leaving you?

Maybe he did want her until he didn’t want her. Doesn’t make a difference. Instead of her posting crap on FB she should have left.

Instead of filing false reports she should have left.

Instead of tormenting people she should have left.

MHG submitted 750 pages of evidence to the powers that be. Odds are there was evidence of things LK had said, done, written in there. THAT’S WHY THEY WANTED HER GONE.

Odds are LK was tormenting MHG and MB thought he could control it until he knew he couldn’t and no amount of by Father could control that narrative any more.

Long story short: LK burned her bridges and they wanted her to go. She should have gone. She should have never plotted to oust MHG and she should have never tried to come between that couple.

It does make a difference. If he wanted her for the revenue through late July and only decided he for sure wanted her gone in response to an ultimatum from MHG, it is violating her rights as a tenant to tell her to leave in two days. Obviously she would have been better off if she had moved instantly when he finally asked her to leave, but how was she to know he’d have a mental break down and shoot her if she simply wanted 7 days instead of 2 to move?

LK was harassing these people and engaging in illegal activities against them. Drugs were being consumed on the property (they absolutely were).

LK and her behavior caused a background check to be made and all the elements of this abusive (To MB and MHG) relationship was why LK had to go.

LK had to go because she was (odds are) a mentally ill manipulative, vindictive liability who consumed drugs on site living with a convicted felon and a dangerous dog.

That’s it.

It wasn’t because of anything else.

Under your scenario, why didn’t MB file for a three day eviction order when he first learned of the dangerous behavior? Or get a restraining order?

Why did he agree to her moving her quarantined horse there the next day? Sign on as coach for a horse show the next week?

As a former landlord tenant clerk it’s EASY for me to answer:

Because MB like a zillion other landlords was hoping against hope he could deal with it or it would get better or the whole court thing seemed expensive and scary.

We don’t know how much he signed on for anything. I heard no such testimony at trial and I know better than just to take your word.

Clearly it was known about her getting out as Father and lawyers were in negotiations for longer than a day - at least a week was mentioned earlier.

She certainly was posting pics of guns (or was that the convicted felon?) and writing about him trying to kill her longer than a week. I know because I read the posts.

Because he had made the mistake of thinking that he could deal with the issues as if she was a normal person and get her moved out on his own?
Because maybe a restraining order was going to be the next step in the process?
Because maybe he was thinking of the HORSE when it was allowed to come out of quarantine?
Because show plans are made in advance - and he had no idea that his LK Murder Plot (as determined by LK) was going into effect? Seems it was not premeditated after all…

Your fixation on all the relationships that have nothing to do with LK is rather odd…

As far as damning evidence on tapes goes… comments about what PITAs LK and RG were being and terms like “we need to get rid of her” would be interpreted by LK as OMG!!! MURDER!!! … when getting rid of her means moving off the property and out of their lives. I am sure LK saw a conspiracy and a threat behind every bale and bucket that she could use to her advantage. Her many ranting posts here demonstrated that perfectly.

You know, I’ve been lurking these threads from the beginning, and I can’t help but notice:

• The people who have some “inside” knowledge seem to be very consistent over time
• The people who seem to be bent on defending what appears to be indefensible seem to either get more and more off the rails over time, or descend into anger, eventually getting banned

I don’t understand the insistence on pushing a narrative that is usually pretty easily disproved. It seems strange to me to keep spitting into the wind over and over. Not sure what is hoped to be gained.

It seems to me that if the social dynamic of VK, MB, MHG, and LK could have revealed LK as a victim/target it would have been used by the prosecution.

LK says that she switched to dressage in 2015 from doing jumping. What about all the people before she switched to dressage? How did she interact with people before then? There are a lot of years from when she said she started riding at the age of 5 to 2015 to have interactions. Bet she wasn’t a peach to deal with during any of that time.

What if a boarder recorded another boarder this way and then filed a complaint with the recordings as “evidence”

I am not sure how it is so hard to understand that two people can no longer be in the marriage part of a relationship but still very much run a business together. Not every marriage breaks up with two people spewing hate at each other and not being able to adult enough to keep a good business going.

If my friend was coming to the barn to ride and the barn owner wanted my friend to sign a release to ride, the barn owner would likely find me, the person they have a working relationship with, and ask me to make sure that my friend would sign a release before they rode.

VK filed for divorce in 2017 and the divorce occurred in 2018. MB was still in the “marriage part” of the relationship in 2015.

MB called 911 because LK was refusing to sign whatever the document was. He did not hand it to her, and ask her to return it with a signature.

Your obsession with this is weird dude.

Filing for divorce on a certain date in no way impugns when the romance ceased to exist.

I agree that your legal husband moving out of your shared residence to move into the barn living quarters with his “younger, riper fruit” (was that your term?) assistant trainer would put a real damper on the romance in the marriage. As the wife, do you file for divorce immediately, or think maybe this is just a fling we can survive?

Who cares what they think or thought? It is no one’s damn business what went on in their marriage other than them!
