I believe her mother said it happened in the couple of days between her getting home from her vacation abroad and the shooting. Not after the shooting

Why transcribe them before the shooting, to what end? And before any criminal act that one might think one needs them for? Why?

No they did not…. You are wrong. We do not know who shot the gun or why it was shot or under what circumstances I have a feeling there was a struggle after they, LK, RG and Rosie attacked MB. And the gun went off accidentally because of thier assault, … Why else would there be so many different stories from LK and RG. They contradicted each other on the stand….

The jury knows who fired the gun. He is in a mental institution being evaluated instead of out walking around. NGRI- not a criminal but institutionalized until he is no longer a danger to himself or others. He will undergo periodic evaluations until he is deemed no longer a danger to himself or others. Maybe one, maybe many.

The jury does not know who fired the gun. I watched the entire trial and there was no proof whatsoever who fired the gun.

They would have let him go if there was a “reasonable doubt.” They had none got LK but did for RG.

He was determined to be NOT GUILTY /RI and not GUILTY BUT INSANE.

This has been explained.

That is what I said and have said. Guilty but insane means he is sentenced and goes to jail and is a felon, a convict, and loses some rights forever. Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity means he committed the act but is not criminally liable because he was insane. He is not a felon. He is institutionalized until no longer a threat to himself or others. He can possibly be eventually released and has his full rights.

You keep on imposing the MB shot LK part. And that was not established at all during the trial. Had self defense been permitted to be left in and THEN found to not be applicable because it wasn’t self defense then its a different story. But the NG/RI defense basically ignores any defense he might have and goes straight to “well if he did do this then this is why”.

Oh wow. I thought you knew better. No, the jury believe it beyond a reasonable doubt or it would be Not Guilty. Instead it’s Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity which is yes he shot her but he knew not what he did.

I have no doubt that verdict was a negotiation that was made instead of a hung jury. Think about it, the jury came back with a straight NG for RG. Same recordings and conversations involved. Same behaviors as with LK on MBs part. The only difference was that RG lacked bullet holes. He still had injuries - injuries the jury ignored - WHY? Why did the jury ignore RGs injuries?

Because the jury didn’t believe the sequence of events as presented.

But with LK there were bullet wounds so their verdict ended up a negotiated “well if he did do it its because they drove him insane”. That is the essence of that verdict.

But she admitted on the stand that she was doing just that. You claim you were there and listened to the whole thing. Did you nap during that part of the testimony or are you ignoring it like you did the other things you say she never said?

If I was Deininger, I’d want all who participated, including transcribing recordings (with which to do what with? Is there a non nefarious reason to record and then transcribe conversations I want part of?) included in my civil Case.

Why? Because this was a planned and strategized pattern of behavior most probably designed to harass, intimidate and extort what they wanted as revenge for his defiance and failure to further acquiesce to their demands.

Even the pretend negotiation between JK and MBs attorney was in my mind just a further bull tactic to delay allowing more time to intimidate.

I don’t for a moment believe that particular negotiation was made in actual good faith by the K side. It was a ruse.

Ya know, this is a good question. Did she? Or was it a plan that they came up with after she started with him?
I personally think (my opinion) that she got jealous because like you yourself said in earlier threads when his attention was not on her in a way she wanted it to be so her plan to destroy him started.
But heck, with the way this family plans to use people who knows if the whole process was a plan from day 1.

I think LK is a morally challenged individual who when things don’t go as she wants, which is ever changing she throws an adult hissy fit and lashes out viciously at anyone in her vicinity to get attention. Truth, honor, human decency have no value for her, the only thing that matters to her is winning and looking like a victim. I believe LK & RG are an ongoing danger to anyone in their sights.

With all due respect @Seeker1 you mention your transcription of tapes, etc but given your track record of online posts that can’t remember things accurately, forget important details, get things blatantly wrong, your obvious bias as a mom and other evidence in these posts AND the fact you are not an authorized transcriber, any transcription done by you isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on.
