It is Ok for her parents to not take her in, but such an outrage for a stranger to want to be rid of her.

The plan was to go get to a higher level like most of the rest of you… at least those who even ride and care about the sport which is not everyone. To get to the goals, Michael suggested she buy and bring more horses. The plan was to bring the horses from Europe and then Rob was going to help Michael fix the house so everyone had a place to live. There were no other plans until the tapes captured a really bad plan by Michael to get her out once he found out she had been arrested (not convicted) and made some mean posts to other people not even connected with him.
I heard what I heard that Michael and MHG said. IT WAS SCARY as HELL. Believe me or don’t. The prosecutor heard them too.
Yet the prosecutor did not include those tapes in his case, did he? Why is that?
And LK knew about these how?
Then LK got really scared he might hurt her horses and or her. She wanted to leave, However, as mentioned in the trial, MHG was busily on the phone calling everyone trying to get her blackballed from any respectable barn. She quite busy doing this. So Lauren’s choices to move were limited. Once we got home from our trip we started helping her, but this took more than a couple days.
But chose not to enter them into evidence why?
MHG called everyone she knew. She admitted this in court.
She did not have the choice to admit or not admit. The judge decided that. I was not privy to the reasons.
Pretty sure the multiple boxes of suboxone that were found caused a great deal of concern for MB, MHG & the staff.
When, exactly? I don’t recall that part of a testimony.
This is why everyone including Michael, the prosecutor, the judge knew Michael did it. They heard the plans on the tapes.

How was LK aware of this activity?
I personally don’t think it was a plan from Day 1. I think LK overestimated her riding proficiency once she got to a certain place or needy enough (or both) and when she saw MHG getting the attention she wanted for herself she began a soft campaign to turn one against the other. That’s when MB and MHG started disputing about this. Then when MB decided to get rid of her they had to find a way and first decided that training would then be done by JH.
This escalated things to MB really having to be punished and events quickly escalated. And with every MB “defiance” or pushback LK and Co. escalated his punishment until it became war.
It should be noted that it was LK and LK alone who chose this path rather than vacating. It was LK who decided to resort to anything she could - coercion included.
Yes. One must wonder exactly how quickly they managed to get a meeting with busy lawyer on such short notice (8/6) since in theory JK had been negotiating with MB’s lawyer to present her with a move out agreement (8/5). I’m sure it took quite a bit of time to arrange accommodations with another trainer. I assume this is what MHG was doing since LK specifically mentioned her calling around to other trainers. I wonder, was MHG really trashing her, or maybe was she being honest when asked about LK’s riding ability?

And you e never asked why these damning tapes weren’t used?
If they were so damning, I’d be after whomever didn’t allow them as evidence!!
MHG was busy calling everyone she could think of to badmouth lk. She and some of the witnesses mentioned this in their testimonies.
