The judge just expressed how important it is that it is to correct them. I think the judge knows more than the posters here about his job? It’s very common in trials for people to object because of hearsay, but most lawyers also understand this and don’t try and keep entering hearsay.

I just don’t think it’s understood here what hearsay is.

He just said its not bad character reference/evidence to LK, it is only simply to show that MB learned about the incident.

Bad character evidence is not being allowed on LK. Only confirmation of the things that took place.

Clearly you are unaware of the existence of committees on judicial conduct and the appellate type courts who exist to correct and sometimes censor judicial conduct.

Case worker says:

MB approaches her as she arrives and she tells him why she’s there without going into specifics. He comes into the office several times while she’s speaking with MHG in there. During their conversation MHG retrieved some documents from the safe but case worker isn’t sure who opened it. The last time MB came in and asked them to leave, he grabbed MHG’s arm and kissed her on the cheek as she left.

Yes I agree. @endlessclimb is threatening SS actions against LK on this forum for what she calls attacks against her but is ignoring all the comments made about LK. Weird.

I see veiled threats against posters here by those in opposition of justice being served.

Yes, very interesting to see what SS would do with that.

Almost assuredly not ask these questions, because that’s not how investigations of any kind go.

Presumably someone at SS would review the contents of the documents, or at least some of them, and determine whether there was conduct present that falls within their purview. If not, they may decline to investigate. In reality, probably nothing had happened yet because SS is a little busy with not just one case and this all went down before they did anything.

You missed the conversation in your response. SS may or may not have looked at the 700 documents submitted by MB and MH. The SS complaints by LK and MB may be legitimate in their minds or weaponizing of SS, in itself a violation. We don’t know what is in the packet. I’m not sure how they handle reports that are investigated and found unsubstantiated if they then think the complaint was used as a weapon against the other party. You left out that @endlessclimb was threatening to turn in LK’s attacks on SM to SS even though LK was reacting to comments LK considered libelous, LK had been shot twice,and amateur psychiatrists were diagnosing her with all kinds of disorders.

My point was it sounded like threatening to turn in LK to SS for threatening to sue over SM nasty comments was placing SS in the position of a parent mediating a little kid spat. Joey insulted me. Why? Because Johnny insulted me first.

So, not nonsense, except for the careful selection of partial posts for a response.

The exact reason for the worker visiting the property has not been disclosed, beyond the fact that it was a local authorities referral from Safesport. MHG was the focus of her visit, on a report of neglect. Beyond that, the facts are in the report, which is off limits at this time.

Are you trying to suggest that I should have inferred from the one post I responded to, some number of other posts, from other posters, that you were presumably invisibly referring to in your response?
