This is a truly unusual amount of sidebars. MB has to be nervous with how clearly frustrated the judge is with his attorney, and most rulings not going his way. He looks pretty defeated.

Her obsession with MHG makes me wonder if she aspirations of “ more” with MB than just a trainer relationship. The level of vitriol for MHB expressed in her posts makes me wonder. My opinion…

She did say it would be difficult to move with 5 horses. It would be, but if you were determined enough, not impossible.

Plus there are people with multiple horses who decide to change trainers all the time for any number of reasons. So it’s not really that unusual.

Plus she’s given the (true) impression that she’s quite wealthy and has some connections/resources in the equestrian world. So that might strike someone as odd (that someone with those resources would stick around and stay in such a toxic situation).

I bet that was why she said she heard he was calling other trainers to blacklist her (if I heard correctly) - to justify why she didn’t leave, in addition to trying to paint herself as being bullied.

Presumably there are not as many willing to give you the deal of $5k a month for 5 horses and free rent plus your boyfriend’s construction work. That may make it a bit harder.

I agree. I said from the beginning that deal was too good to be true. Finding someone else who will take 5 horses, you, your boyfriend, and 2 dogs might prove to be more difficult than anticipated, even if you can afford it.

I don’t understand hearsay well at all, but how is LK allowed to say MB was contacting other barns/trainers and blacklisting her, if she wasn’t part of the conversation?
