The use of the word “yapping” by Bilinkas is strategically interesting. To me that connotes a small, annoying dog–not one that would inflict the vicious bites he described in his opening.
Okay, now I really do have to go…
ETA: not saying small yappy dogs can’t inflict serious bites. I just don’t think that’s the word I would have chosen.

It is the witness’ own police report if I understand correctly; Bilinkas’ notated copy of the official report filed by the witness.

The Judge got salty after that remark about RG and it’s not the first time he’s gotten hot under the collar in regards to statements about RG, LK, and JK.

yes, if they aren’t following the court rules. Often you see it when people represent themselves and don’t know the rules.

L&C has the live feed chunks on their YT channel, for viewing, so you can go and view it from the beginning or just watch the live feed.

Thanks. I’ve been getting to see parts of it, but not the whole thing.
I have to say just hearing the dog on the 911 tape was enough to set my teeth on edge. The poor thing sounded hysterical.
