They were showing a picture (I think Jaloushe posted it above) that showed a pile of clothes and boots on the ground. Location was specified to be where Barisone received medical attention. Officer asked if he recognized the clothes and he stated “yes, that’s the shirt Barisone was wearing when I arrived.”
If that was all the information I was presented with, I would assume the shirt was cut off by medical staff in order to provide treatment.

So is Bilinkas now trying to plant the seed that maybe MB was not the shooter? After he said that MB shot LK because he was driven insane and he didn’t know it was wrong to shoot her? Is he just throwing stuff at the wall hoping that something will stick?

He did say they lie all the time, but he also made a big deal out of LK’s social media posts scaring MB. So she lies all the time, except for when she posts stuff that scared MB on social media; those are true?

It is not hard for both things to be true.
We now know she lies all the time. It is obvious from how much she changes her story. (Simple Example - she has said time and time again that she does not edit or remove posts, but she clearly does edit and remove posts.)
At the time, they (MB, etc.) did not know she lied regularly. So they would believe the things she posted on her social media posts.

I’m a bit behind…but I thought I heard that the judge allowed the defense to subpoena and recall the officer later to finish what he started before the recess…

The first officer was told right before he left the stand that he could be called again before the end of the trial and was given instructions not to discuss his testimony with anyone.
I believe you’re correct. Bilinkas stated he was bringing this line of questioning to save the officer having to come back and that’s when the judge said he could come back at a later date.
You aren’t wrong here - I hadn’t thought of some of this.
I can’t help wondering though, if MB was so scared, why didn’t he just leave and go somewhere else until it was safe to go back? Surely the staff would have taken good care of his horses even if he wasn’t there right?
