The main reason I’m curious about the farrier is because LK, RG, and the prosecutor all seem so determined to avoid the subject.
Edited to add: And sure enough, it sounds like there was a big argument with the farrier that resulted in RG making a threat to MB.

It depends on the state and whether or not the individual is convicted of specific charges, though some states have the specific text of considering the existence of charges in addition to convictions.

If I were on the stand, I’m might say “I don’t recall” or “I’m not sure”, etc. Because otherwise you can fall into a trap.

I would be pissed if my BO told my farrier not to shoe my horses too.
BUT I also haven’t done any of the crazy things we see here either.

That’s been going on all morning.
And sure enough, RG just said that LK’s call to 911 about a strange vehicle on the property at night may have been the overnight security guard at the barn.
